30+ years behind the grill… and Big Mike still makes it look easy. 👨🏾‍🍳🍎🥞

Meet Mike “Big Mike” Mosley, a longtime Original Pancake House cook who spent years at our Memorial Drive Stone Mountain/Decatur location before joining us here in Alpharetta 10 years ago.

Here he is plating one of the dishes OPH is famous for — our oven-baked Apple Pancake, made with Granny Smith apples and that cinnamon-sugar glaze. 🔥🍎

Three decades of experience behind that plate. If you remember Big Mike from Memorial Drive, drop a comment! 👇
