🎈 This Dussehra, we didn’t just burst balloons — we let go of our problems! ✨

Just as we burn Ravan, we popped the balloons carrying our worries, fears, and challenges. A little reminder that sometimes, letting go is the first step towards growing. 🌱

Owning the stage, one mistake at a time! 🎤
Reviewing my own speech is always a humbling experience. Looking at this clip, I realized I have plenty of room to grow—from improving my body language and stage movement to connecting more naturally with the room.

Nobody starts off perfect, but showing up, embracing the awkwardness, and committing to get better every single day is what it's all about. 🚀

One month of understanding others' minds — and today, we finally opened up about our own. 🫂

Over lunch, we didn't talk about clients or case studies. We talked about *us* — our struggles, our stories, our real selves.

Turns out, the people who hold space for others… needed a little space too.

Grateful for Aradhana ma'am, Muskan & Sonal for keeping it real today. 🌿

Anxiety ≠ weakness. It’s your mind’s alarm system — useful in danger, harmful when it won’t switch off.

🧠 Remember:
• Normal anxiety = short-term & manageable
• Disorder = excessive + persistent + affects daily life

⚠️ Don’t ignore:
Overthinking • Restlessness • Poor sleep • Physical symptoms

🔑 Fix the basics first:
Breathe. Move. Sleep. Challenge your thoughts.

💡 One-line truth:
You don’t need to control every thought — just stop letting them control you.

Have you ever felt like life’s pressure is squeezing your true self? 🕸️
On the outside, we try to look calm. But on the inside, we often hide our stress, anxiety, and low confidence. At Social Chutney Jodhpur, I shared how therapy can help. It’s not just for 'problems'—it’s about feeling free from all that hidden pressure. 🪷
