Our last reggaeton class before the summer break was just another thing🥵❤️‍🔥 the energy these women bring and transmit to me is just amazing!! Love the empowerment, the excitement, the screams. Just a sisterhood where we can be ourselves and bring the best of us out! So much love for everyone that joined me during these classes❤️

An appreciation post for my Rite team of regular clients, colleagues and friends, because you all deserve to be celebrated and appreciated. ❤️‍🔥💖

My team: A team that always got out of their comfort zone, gave their 100% and pushed to the limit with a smile!

The best best support system that never leaves me alone and pushes me to be better🥹💖 so grateful for them

These two sunshines, that made every ride better!! More friendships that the bike room left me and im so grateful fooor!!

The cutest couple always showing up with a smile and bringing the nicest energy! Extra note: Jackie would always wear the colors of El Salvador’s flag for my bday, for my duo ride with @margecarles and my last ride😭💖💖 (im not crying u crying😭) the bestt!!!

Jhossy did a class with me the first time 3 years ago with her first baby on the way. This time we were riding together with baby 2 on the way🥹🍼🤰🏻living these moments and changes with you make my job so special!!

And like the few people I mentioned, there are dozens of you that joined me every week, every ride for 3 years. Some of you wrote me cards, messages, and joined me some weeks before and I cannot thank you enough for being so so good to me. 3 years. ❤️‍🔥

And somehow, I just taught my last indoor cycling class at RITE.

If you had told me 3 years ago that I would end up here, surrounded by such an incredible community, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Yesterday was everything. 🔥
The energy. The fire. The joy. The happiness. The magic in that room.
A moment I know I’ll remember for a very, very long time.

But more than anything, I’m grateful for the people.

For every single person who has shown up, trusted me, pushed themselves, pushed me to become better, and allowed me to be part of their journey. I never take that trust for granted.

Somewhere along the way, the bike became so much more than a bike. It became my safe space. A place where I could be completely myself. Where I could let everything else disappear for 45 minutes and just be present.

Because it was never really about the workout.
It was never about the calories burned.
It was about what we created together in that room.

The energy. The connection. The music. The sweat. The smiles. The screams. The goosebumps. The feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself.

And I don’t take a single class, a single person, or a single moment for granted.

Thank you for 3 unforgettable years.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for riding with me.
Thank you for making that little bike room feel like home. 🫶🏼

What a ride it has been.
And what a beautiful way to close this chapter. ❤️‍🔥
