Don't be scared to walk alone
Don't be scared to like it
There's no time that you must be home
So sleep where your darkness falls

Alive in the age of worry
Smile in the age of worry
Go wild in the age of worry
And sing Worry, why should I care?

No you fight is not within
Yours is with your timing
Dream your dreams but don't pretend
Be friends with what you are
Give your heart then change your mind
You're allowed to do it

I thought I could handle mountain biking in Sedona… until the storm hit! ⛈️🚵‍♀️

My first time riding the red-rock trails was definitely an adventure. From tackling unfamiliar trails and struggling through deep sand to riding in wet, muddy conditions with thunder getting way too close for comfort… this was NOT what I expected! 😅🏜️

Would you keep riding or call it a day? 👀👇

I spent 17 days exploring Arizona, sleeping in a Jeep, figuring out my camping setup night after night, and learning what actually works in the desert heat. From setting up the Jeep and finding places to sleep to waking up early for adventures, this is how I made car camping in the Arizona desert work.

After almost 10 years of adventures, I still get scared. So why do I keep doing it?

In this video, I share what travelling solo, hiking and exploring places like Scotland, Iceland and Alaska taught me about fear, confidence and trusting yourself when things don't go according to plan.

I used to think adventurous people were just different, more confident, more fearless, more comfortable with uncertainty.

After 10 years of adventures, I've realized confidence doesn't come first. It gets built one small step at a time.

I've shared the full story in my latest YouTube video. Watch the full version via the link in my bio.

Ever wanted to add more adventure to your life without spending weeks planning every detail?
In this trip, I finish work, load up my bike, and head off with no itinerary, just a direction, a few essentials, and the freedom of the open road. Along the way, I share how I fit spontaneous bikepacking adventures around a full-time job, my complete gear checklist, and what I look for when choosing the perfect campsite.
Adventure doesn't have to mean quitting your job or taking months off. Sometimes it's as simple as saying yes to a weekend outdoors.
