follow the white rabbit. some portals don’t take you somewhere else. they take you deeper. 🐇🪞 by @papershoees
metal horse 🐎⚔️ started as a vision in a sound bath. finished as a reflection of me. i didn’t know about the year, the sign, the symbolism, just followed the impulse. a chess horse. movement that doesn’t go straight. strategy, instinct, freedom inside structure. painted over a canvas that was never meant to be this. like it chose its own direction. and somehow, it all made sense in the end. a new era. #mixedmediaartist #metalhorse #yearofthehorse by @papershoees
🤍✨ card I – the souldog ✨🤍 forever dedicated to my little soulboy. i finished this piece above the clouds on my way to london, it felt right doing tis between worlds. it’s been one year without him, and i miss him every single day. but i know he’s always with me, guiding me. 🖤🌙 by @papershoees
Link in Bio!
PICK A SIGHT. you are not a victim of the narrative you tell yourself. where you place your attention shapes what you see. what you keep looking for, you keep finding. sometimes changing your reality starts with questioning the story you’ve been repeating about it. look somewhere else. look again. choose what deserves your sight. CHANGE PERSPECTIVE. by @papershoees
follow the white rabbit 🐇🗝️ thank you @nativa.solaris for having us and trusting DAS ZEUGS with the art space. we’re incredibly grateful we got to bring our little rabbit hole into such a special place and fill it with art, strange ideas, mirrors, keys and a bit of wonderland magic. thank you to every artist, every helping hand and everyone who came by, looked, stayed, danced, wandered and went a little deeper with us. it was weird. it was beautiful. it was magic. until we meet again somewhere down the rabbit hole. 🌀 by @papershoees

📅 3. 🔮 PAPERSHOES is a Vienna-based visual artist exploring the space between inner and outer realities. Alongside her artistic practice, she curates the NATIVA SOLARIS ARTSPACE. Through painting, illustration, mixed media and installation, her work moves through symbolism, perception and the invisible layers that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. 🪞 For EMBER SOLARIS: FOLLOW THE WHITE RABBIT, Papershoes explores portals and reflection, mirrors as thresholds, rabbit holes as invitations and the spaces that open when we look beyond what first appears to be there. 🐇 Her works invite you to go deeper, to question what is real, what is projection and what might reveal itself when we step beyond the familiar. Rather than offering fixed answers, they leave space for curiosity, interpretation and encounters with our own inner worlds. ✨ Papershoes will also host SOLARIS MUSE, a creative workshop inviting you to connect with your inner muse and bring what emerges onto paper, intuitively, freely and without the need for artistic experience. Follow the white rabbit. Go deeper. See what you find. 🐇🕳️ by @papershoees

🃏EXTRA CIRCUM🃏 Sometimes, taking one step outside the circus is enough to see the act for what it is. The performer becomes the observer and the observer, a surface for projection. She only looks like a harlequin because she is being perceived from inside the circus. It can only recognise her through the roles it already knows. But she is neither trapped in the act nor defined by its gaze. She simply reflects back what is brought to her. She is observing now, watching the roles unfold and enjoying the play.✨ by @papershoees
