Don’t confuse being tired with getting better.

Performance is built through intelligent programming, purposeful recovery, and consistent execution.

Train with intention. Recover with purpose. Perform with confidence.

Chosen again. Trusted again. Aroooo
Grateful to step into the role of Spartan Team Captain for another season.
Some roles aren’t given .they’re earned.
Honored to serve once again as Captain of this incredible team.
It’s not about being the strongest…
It’s about being the one who never stops rising.
Grateful to @spartanracegreece & Dear @chprapidis for trusting me once again

Honored& truly grateful for the support and presence of @pooya.ko .@nimataraghi as Spartan Vice Team Captain 💌🙏🏼

Run strong. Stay controlled. Perform under fatigue.

Building the engine for Hybrid Performance.
Running isn’t just about running faster. 🏃🏽‍♀️

It’s about learning how to move better, control your body, find your rhythm, and keep your technique together when fatigue kicks in.

That’s a big part of Hybrid Performance.

AirRunner days = working on the engine, the legs, the rhythm… and staying in control.

Run better. Move better. Perform better.

What a great 3days at the MEFITPro Summit in Dubai! 💥, meeting experts from the Health & Fitrness industry delivering lectures but the best with no doubt:
We had an absolutely fantastic time hosting 4 HYROX training sessions in the dedicated outdoor training zone on the terrace of the Marriott Hotel at The Palm.

More than 150 athletes joined us for intense 45-minute sessions filled with sweat, smiles, and serious energy 🔥
Huge shoutout to our incredible coaching team for delivering world-class workouts and to everyone who brought that unbeatable HYROX spirit.

Dubai, you never disappoint. See you next time! 🇦🇪💪

I still remember my very first TRX Course… not knowing that the inspiring woman training right beside me was none other than Rania Boucher, the powerhouse behind MEFITPRO.
For years, I had no idea she was the owner ,because she’s one of the most humble, down-to-earth, and energetic people you’ll ever meet.
For over a decade, Rania has been a true source of motivation and inspiration for me. I adore you @rania.boucher @mefitpro
Thank you for creating such a powerful space for growth, learning, and connection.
Every year, the MEFIT Summit becomes more spectacular — and this year was no exception. 🙏🏼🙌🏽💌

Farmer’s Carry isn’t just about grip , it’s about control, rhythm, and smart speed.
Running here isn’t reckless, it’s tactical.
Lock the core, own the pace, and shave those precious seconds off.
Pro Tactics:
Start controlled, then gradually accelerate → take the first 5 meters with fast steps, then transition into the running shuffle.
Stay in a straight line & keep bells close → every centimeter of swing is lost time.
Run the return leg slightly faster than the first →if your grip is trained, mental control can override fatigue here.
