IT’S LIVE! Link in Bio!

On screen, Pascal the Rascal is an experimental drama and meditation on loneliness and ego. To have read a campy melodramatic comedy of a script, to then come on set to see an old camcorder and a campy, corny film set on one day, then come the next day and see a fully dressed set with coloured lighting, an acrylic portrait of yourself (in Neil’s case), and unconventional camera positions is probably nothing less than befuddling. Especially as our cast were taking on a student film which is a stigmatised type of cinema in and of itself. It became clear soon into production that the few of us that were students were so only by happenstance, that did not define our approach to filmmaking. It was a leap of faith that hugely paid off and we’re so proud and fulfilled by the outcome of everyone’s hard work!

We hope you enjoy Pascal the Rascal.
