There’s a reason @allegrettovr is one of California’s best resorts. And it goes WAY beyond the accommodations. 👀🍷 There’s an incredible amount of intention behind the Allegretto experience, and one of our favorite examples is something you might not even know about: @allegrettowines. It starts in their estate vineyards right here in Paso Robles, where organic and biodynamic farming principles reflect a deep commitment to caring for the land. That same thoughtful approach carries into the winemaking process, where every bottle is an expression of the place it came from. But here’s what makes Allegretto especially interesting: that philosophy extends throughout the entire resort. ✨ From the wines grown on their estate to the ingredients and dishes thoughtfully prepared at @celloristorante, the connection between land, wine, food, and hospitality is woven into the guest experience. And you don’t have to book an overnight stay to enjoy it! 🍇 Explore the vineyards: Discover the estate vineyards and the intentional farming practices behind Allegretto’s wines. 🍷 Visit the tasting room: Experience their estate-grown wines and learn more about the people and philosophy behind each bottle. 🍽️ Dine at @CelloRistorante: Enjoy thoughtfully prepared cuisine alongside Allegretto wines for a beautiful food-and-wine experience. 🏨 Stay at @AllegrettoVR: Make a getaway of it and experience the art, architecture, hospitality, and attention to detail that make this resort so special. Whether you’re planning a full wine country getaway or simply looking for somewhere new to taste in Paso Robles, Allegretto is well worth discovering. 📍2700 Buena Vista Dr, Paso Robles, CA 🍷Tasting Room open daily 🌿Vineyard tours available Fri-Mon SAVE @allegrettovr and @allegrettowines for your next Paso visit, and SHARE this with someone who’d love to experience the connection between wine, food, and hospitality firsthand! 🍷 #PasoRoblesWineries #AllegrettoWines #AllegrettoVineyardResort #PasoRoblesWine #TravelPaso by @pasorobleswineries

Fall is looking VERY good at @pfvineyard . 🍂🍷 Their new seasonal food menu has just arrived, with plenty of reasons to plan your next tasting around lunch. One we’re especially excited about? The Cajun Shrimp Boil Board. 🦐 It was such a hit at Parrish’s shrimp boil event this summer that they decided to bring it onto the menu, complete with Cajun corn ribs, fresh cabbage and carrot slaw, shrimp and sausage. You’ll also find roasted fall and winter vegetables, duck fat potatoes, an apricot glazed chicken board, a BLTA, Asian chicken tacos, and an apple galette with maple crème fraîche ice cream and salted caramel for dessert. 🤤 And this fall, Parrish has expanded the menu with even more gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian options, making it easier to find something for just about everyone at the table. Add in an incredible lineup of wines to pair with every dish and those gorgeous Adelaida District views, and you’ve got a pretty solid excuse to spend a fall afternoon at Parrish. 📍 3590 Adelaida Rd, Paso Robles, CA 🍷 Tastings from 11am-5pm 🍽️ Lunch available 11am-4:15pm 👀 Tours by appointment at 11am, 1pm, and 2pm SAVE @pfvineyard for your next Paso wine day + SHARE this with the person you’d split that shrimp boil board with. 🦐 #PasoRoblesWineries #ParrishFamilyVineyard #PasoRoblesWine #PasoRoblesWineries #PasoRoblesWineCountry VisitPaso by @pasorobleswineries

If @pearvalleyestatewines isn’t on your Paso radar yet, it should be. 🍷 Pear Valley grows 29 different grape varieties across their Paso Robles estate, which means there’s a LOT more to explore here than the usual suspects. And their tastings make it easy to do exactly that. ✨ Beautiful scenery, a great glass of wine, and an experience that gives you a chance to slow down, discover something new, and enjoy where you are. Basically, this is the kind of stop we love having in our back pocket when someone asks, “Where should we go tasting in Paso?” Pear Valley is one to put on the list. 📍 4900 Union Rd, Paso Robles, CA 93446 🕚 Open daily from 11am-5pm 🌿 Gorgeous & perfect for an afternoon tasting SAVE this one for your next Paso wine weekend and SEND it to the person you’d want sitting across the tasting table from you. 🥂 #PasoRoblesWineries #PearValleyEstateWines #PasoRoblesWine #PasoRoblesWineCountry #PasoRoblesWineTasting by @pasorobleswineries
💬 “Brecon” for a free guide. 🍷 If your Paso Robles itinerary only has room for a few wineries, Brecon Estate deserves a spot on the list. From the moment you arrive, it’s easy to see why so many visitors become repeat guests. The setting is beautiful, the wines are thoughtfully crafted, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between relaxed and refined. What we love most is that Brecon feels elevated without ever feeling intimidating. It’s the kind of place where serious wine lovers feel right at home, but first-time visitors do too. 📍 7450 Vineyard Dr, Paso Robles, CA 93446 🕚 Open daily from 11am-5pm 🍷 Award-winning wines only available here ☀️ One of our favorite patios in Paso Robles Comment “Brecon” for a free guide. If you’re going wine tasting in Paso, @vanagonwinetours is the most fun way to get around. 🚐🍷 Driving through the rolling hills of wine country can take longer than you might think, so let’s turn that into an unforgettable part of the experience! Pile your favorite people into a vintage VW Vanagon, turn up the music, and cruise the backroads of Paso Robles while someone else takes care of the driving. It’s nostalgic, laid-back, quintessentially California, and a whole lot more memorable than simply getting from Point A to Point B. And the best part? You get to focus on what you actually came for: discovering great wineries, soaking up the scenery, and having an unforgettable day with your people without anyone drawing the short straw as designated driver. 😉 📍 Your Paso Robles itinerary, without the driving 👫 Custom itineraries for up to 6 guests 🤙 Vintage VW wine tours with laid-back California vibes SAVE this for your next Paso Robles getaway and SEND this to the group chat that’s overdue for a wine country day. #PasoRoblesWineries #VanagonWineTours #PasoRoblesWineTour #PasoRoblesWineTasting #PasoRoblesItinerary by @pasorobleswineries

Nothing about @pelletiere_estate is mass-produced, including the experience. 🍷 In a wine region with 300+ wineries, it takes something special to make a tasting feel truly different. At Pelletiere, that difference comes down to one word: intention. This mother-daughter-owned winery produces small-lot, estate-grown wines from a single vineyard, with a focus on single varietals that allow each grape to tell its own story. From meticulous farming in the vineyard to the distinctive wines that eventually make it into your glass, they’re deeply involved in every step. And that same care carries into the tasting room. ✨ A visit to Pelletiere isn’t about being handed a flight and left to figure it out. Their private, one-on-one tastings invite you to slow down, ask questions, learn about what you’re drinking, and really understand the story behind each wine. It’s personal and immersive without ever feeling intimidating. And in a place with hundreds of wineries to choose from, THAT is an experience worth seeking out. 📍 3280 Township Rd, Paso Robles, CA ✨ Private, personalized tasting experiences by reservation only 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Mother-daughter owned, single-varietal, estate grown 🇮🇹 Don’t miss their annual trips to Italy! SAVE @pelletiere_estate for your next Paso Robles itinerary and SHARE this with the person who would rather truly experience a winery than simply check another one off the list. 🥂 #PasoRoblesWineries #PelletiereEstate #PasoRoblesWine #PasoRoblesWineTasting #PasoRoblesItinerary by @pasorobleswineries
