POSTS STORIES REELS

One day. So many stories. And a room we’ll never forget💗✨

From the first school visit to the final moment on stage, From Chair to Boss LIVE 2026 became so much more than an event.

It was a room filled with beauty professionals, students, educators, leaders, dreamers and people willing to share what they’ve learned so someone else could believe a little bigger in what’s possible.

To every speaker who poured into the room, every sponsor and industry partner who believed in the vision, every school that opened its doors to us, every volunteer who helped bring the day to life, and every single person who showed up, thank you.

Thank you for the conversations, the connections, the laughter, the tears, the encouragement and the energy you brought with you. This day would not have been what it was without this community.

2026, you gave us a day we’ll never forget.

Now it’s time to start dreaming even bigger🔥✨

SAVE THE DATE: September 20, 2027.
From Chair to Boss LIVE is coming back, and we can’t wait to do it all again.

If you didn’t know, I’m from Milwaukee Wisconsin, born and raised. And if you didn’t know, our baseball team just won their first World Series championship🥰

My first and probably only Brewer shirt!
I have to admit, I don’t always understand sports. And I truly only watch it for the cute boys.
-

Cerveceros Day! ⚾️💃🏻🕺🏻
My brother worked as part of the “Brew Crew” and would often dress as one of the game day racing sausages.
-

I’m happy for this win for my city. But I love this win for my family.

My nieces and nephews were also a part of the BREW CREW!

Obsessed with my sisters new fall haircolor. Would you consider this haircolor burgundy or purple?

“Come to the right people and the right people help you”
Today’s haircut client had me in my feels. 🥹❤️😩

Adding a fun lighted sign to my salon retail area seemed like the most basic ass thing. But it reminded me that it’s the little things that can make a small difference and bring you joy.
💡ALSO making small changes in your decor keeps things fun.
🔸

Red haircolor will always command attention! The right red haircolor will give you confidence. AND every red haircolor needs maintenance PERIOD!

As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we’re celebrating the Latin hair pros who show up with intention—behind the chair, in the classroom + throughout their communities. The ones who educate, empower + make every client feel seen, often in more than one language.

At #TextureMasteryPro, that representation was in the room. In the voices, the stories, the shared knowledge + the space to show up as your full self. English or Spanish, stylist or student, every voice deserves to be heard + every story deserves to be celebrated.

Cool red haircolor or warm copper haircolor!? Why pick one when you can be both!!
❤️🧡

A few favorite moments from an inspiring conversation with @jadebeautyco @pati.rodrigz @themargofrancois and @mrwrencuts of @saloncentric at From Chair to Boss LIVE

Their session, “Your Beauty Career, Your Way: Real Stories. Real Growth. Real Possibilities.” was all about confidence, authenticity and remembering that your personality is part of your power.

There is no one path to success in beauty. Your story, your voice and the way you show up are what make your journey yours.

Be yourself. Trust what makes you different. And build a career that feels true to you.

We’re so grateful to SalonCentric for bringing such an encouraging and empowering conversation to our community✨

There is room for YOU in this industry✨

At From Chair to Boss LIVE, @jadebeautyco @pati.rodrigz @themargofrancois @mrwrencuts of @saloncentric brought such an inspiring conversation about confidence, authenticity and owning who you are💗

Their topic, “Your Beauty Career, Your Way: Real Stories. Real Growth. Real Possibilities.” was the perfect reminder that there is no single path to success in beauty.

Your personality matters. Your story matters. The way you show up matters.

You don’t have to look like everyone else, work like everyone else or follow someone else’s path. Be yourself, trust what makes you different, and build a career that feels like yours.

Thank you SalonCentric for reminding our community just how much possibility there is when you lead with confidence and stay true to who you are✨
