@patrecejamesrevived some days are meant to start of a little different when your GROk Ara says traffic is heavy. Spending my hour and a half traffic delay doing something that I love getting ready for Christmas. by @patrecejamesrevived

@patrecejamesrevived don’t let your dreams die because you keep talking yourself out of your dreams.

Life can be incredible and life can be very miserable, but we get to choose how we show up every single day show up knowing that you’re about to blow up let’s go. by @patrecejamesrevived

At 2 a.m., you can picture the life you want.

By morning, you’ve talked yourself out of taking the first step.

“I should just be grateful.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”

Listen to the story you’re telling yourself about wanting more. Does it leave room to explore or end the conversation before you begin?

Try this:
“I can appreciate what I’ve built and be honest about what I still want.”

Then give those words an action. Research the idea. Ask the question. Put one hour toward the dream you keep postponing.

You don’t need certainty about your whole future to participate in creating it.

In Self-Talk Revival™, we practice noticing, questioning, and changing those inner conversations so you can take your next step with more intention.

Life has taught me that personal transformation can be summed up the following wordsz

It’s you versus you,
your old ways versus your new ways
Your old patterns versus your new patterns
Your old habits versus your new habits
Your old self talk versus the new self talk.. by @patrecejamesrevived

A hard day can turn into a harsh conversation with yourself.

“I should be further along.”
“Why can’t I get it together?”
“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”

Here’s what I want you to practice instead:

“Today was hard. What do I need, and what is one thing I can do next?”

Some days, that means taking a courageous step. Other days, it means resting and giving yourself room to regroup.

The Revived Woman is someone you practice becomingeven on the days you wish had gone differently.

Start with the way you speak to her.

Talk yourself into your dream. Create a scale from one to 10. From one through five that’s where your faith is still rocky and then six and beyond can no one stop you when you look at your life like that you’ll then realize that I operate out of faith or my operating out of knowing that this will succeed. And I will succeed. by @patrecejamesrevived

Someone questions your decision, and suddenly you’re questioning yourself.

“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”
“Maybe I should stay where I am.”
“Maybe they’re right about me.”

Before you turn their opinion into your inner voice, pause.

Is there something useful in what they said? Does it reflect your values or their preferences?

You can listen, learn, and still make your own decision.

Practice this:
“I can consider feedback without giving up my judgment. I’m willing to learn as I move forward.”

Then take one thoughtful step toward what matters to you.

Self-Talk Revival™ is about creating an inner conversation that supports the woman you’re becoming.

Gods Plan by @patrecejamesrevived

Self-talk is one of the most important skills a woman should learn to master. by @patrecejamesrevived

Apparently, I want a lot. 😂

Financial freedom. Generational wealth. A marriage I enjoy. Time with my children. And a business helping women transform their lives and relationships.

At 42, I’m learning how to give those desires a place in my actual life with clear priorities, new skills, and choices I follow through on. Oh well, let’s not forget the powerful mindset and mental focus to give me the results I want.

Some days that means building the business. Other days it means closing the laptop and being with my family.

I want to enjoy the life I’m working so hard to create.
