You are the creator of your own story 📖 You hold the pen. 🖊️ Don’t allow yourself to become stuck in a loop, repeatedly telling yourself the same old story while wondering why nothing changes. 🤷‍♀️ You have the power to turn the page, change the narrative, and write a new chapter. Your past may explain where you’ve been, but it doesn’t have to determine where you’re going. Follow our page on Instagram _thefreshstartproject_ Allow Cliodhna and me walk alongside you as you write the story of your future self — supporting you, challenging you, and helping you move towards the person you know you can become. The next chapter is yours to write ✍🏾 P x by @paula.donaghy.90

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” (James Clear, Atomic habits) You don’t need motivation to start, you need to establish a system that works for you even when you don’t feel like it! Relying on motivation is fragile, it is the building of discipline and systems in your life that get you the results that you want! Work rates were high this week! 💪🏾 Good luck to all my clients running the Omagh half marathon on Sunday, and have a lovely relaxing weekend everyone else 😎 P x by @paula.donaghy.90
