At THE MIX I teach both RAVE and RIDE. In RAVE we lift heavy. More weight, more intensity, more challenge. In RIDE we use lighter weights, lots of bodyweight… but the energy stays high throughout the entire session. In both, you’re going to sweat—guaranteed. And above all… my Latin, pop, and commercial tracks with that electronic touch that makes it impossible to stop. So no matter what you’re looking for— you’ll leave feeling like you gave it your all and ready to take on the world. Your choice: RIDE — Wednesday & Friday 6:30 PM, Thursday 12:30 PM RAVE — Friday 5:00 PM Or if you want the full combo… Friday 5:00 PM RAVE + 6:30 PM RIDE Are you in? Come feel La Vibra✨ #zurichfitness #fitnesszurich #latinfitness #lavibrabrux #themixmvmt by @paulabrux.fit
Indoor Cycling vs. Spinning® — same bike, different Ride🔥 ⠀ 🤍Indoor Cycling: Based on intervals & music-driven challenges. Can be cardio, HIIT, core work, or full-body moves on the bike. May include push-ups, light weights, or off-pattern movements. Handlebar often set higher for comfort & choreography. BPM >120. ⠀ 🖤Spinning®: Based on training zones. Simulates real cycling routes & terrains. Focuses on pedaling technique & safety — no added exercises. Handlebar usually level with or slightly above the saddle. BPM <115. Many people think that because we train on a stationary bike are both the same thing, but no... Now you know the difference✨ #indoorcycling #spinning #fitnesszurich #spinclass #indoorcyclinginstructor #bruxfit #ride #ridezurich #themixmvmt by @paulabrux.fit

A few months ago, I would’ve never imagined saying this… I’m training to become a Barre Coach 🩰 After years working in the fitness industry, stepping into something completely new feels both exciting and challenging. I’m still learning, but that’s the best part of the journey. I’ve been wearing the Nimble collection from @icaniwill throughout my training because it’s incredibly soft and comfortable 🤍 The Summer Sale is now live, and you can use my code BRUX10 for an extra 10% off!! Would you like to follow this new journey with me? ✨ #ICANIWILL #ICIW #Barre #BarreCoach by @paulabrux.fit

my biggest dream was to dedicate myself to something that made me happy, but I never knew what that “something” was — and I definitely never imagined it would be sport. I barely wore activewear in my daily life, and when I did the Camino de Santiago, I hated it because it felt way too hard… but look at me now. life changed, and I couldn’t be happier trading jeans for leggings every day, not worrying about how much I weigh, and seeing how far that little mini Brux has come ✨ #fitnesscoachjourney #fitnesscoachlife #fitnesscoachreality #fitnesszurich by @paulabrux.fit

Never let what happened to you in your childhood determine who you are going to be as an adult. Good thing I learned that early🫂 #fitnesscoach #fitnesscoachlife #indoorcyclinginstructor #fitnesszurich by @paulabrux.fit
