A month ago, our social media accounts were hacked. Since then, we've been working closely with Meta to try to recover them. While we're still hopeful, there's no certainty on when or if we'll regain access. For us, this isn't just about losing a Facebook page or an Instagram account. It's about losing years of work, thousands of hours creating content, building relationships, sharing our clients' stories, celebrating successful sales, and investing heavily in growing a genuine community. We've also invested thousands of dollars into creating content, photography, videography, advertising and building these platforms. Watching all of that potentially disappear overnight is incredibly difficult. Growing an online community today isn't easy. Every follower is earned. Every post takes time, creativity and care. Competing for attention against large brands with huge marketing budgets makes organic growth more challenging than ever, which is why this loss has been so hard for our team. Rather than wait any longer, we've decided to start again. This is now the new official home of Contessi Properties. Over the coming weeks we'll be rebuilding our community and reposting some of our favourite properties, stories and insights from over the years. If you've enjoyed following our journey, we'd be incredibly grateful if you could follow this page, share it with your family and friends, or invite others to join our community. Every follow, share, comment and recommendation genuinely helps us rebuild what we've lost. Thank you for standing by us. We can't wait to continue sharing the people, properties and stories that make Contessi what it is. by @paulettecontessi

My latest column, “The Truth About Off-Market Sales,” is now available on our blog! 📰 “Exclusive buyer.” “Silent listing.” “We’ll sell it quietly.” It sounds elegant… but let’s be honest, less exposure rarely means more money. In my recent Western Suburbs Weekly article, I unpack the truth behind off-market sales and why “quiet” isn’t always the smart move for sellers. Because if buyers don’t see your home, they can’t compete for it, and competition is what drives real results. 💬 I’ve shared a few key quotes below, but you can read the full article now on our Contessi Properties Blog, link in bio. #WesternSuburbsWeekly #BehindTheSign #PauletteContessi by @paulettecontessi
