Urdhva Kukkutasana at the beautiful yoga space of @selinaperu_ hostel in Cusco, Peru✨

The practice is quite more difficult at 3,339 meters, the breath gets shorter and the body feels weaker. Not my 100% definitely 😌Anyways I was really pleased to finish my practice early morning today😊🙏🏼

After all those days of squeezing myself in small hotel room spaces it was really nice to find a spacious yoga room. Apparently all of Selina hostels offer this kind space to their guests. It seems like a good, comfy option of traveling around America Latina✨🌺

When body and mind are connected by breath we find stillness even in the movement ✨

I’m experimenting now with body at ease principle of Alexander Technique in my practice.. very interesting 🦋😌

The secret to a good yoga practice is simple: don’t force it, just have fun with it 💫
With patience, consistency, openness to explore, curiosity, and a good teacher, even difficult poses start to feel like play. 💫

Yoga and relaxation weekend with my college friend Ewa @sheffield_mum_stories and her beautiful daughters. 💛
We usually meet just once a year when she comes to Poland 🇵🇱, so these moments together are especially precious. Grateful for friendship, laughter, good conversations, and time to relax and recharge.
If you’d like to try yoga with me, you can join my live classes on Insight Timer this Friday and Sunday, or book a 1:1 Zoom session. The link is in my bio. 🧘‍♀️✨

There’s no contradiction between an active life and a slow life. They complement each other. ✨

We can challenge ourselves, explore our limits, stay curious, and embrace new experiences—and we can also make time to slow down, reconnect with our breath, and find stillness.

The energy of movement and the calm of meditation are not opposites. They are part of the same balance. 🌿

🧘 Join me tomorrow for a live nervous system reset on @insighttimer!

Tradwife traveling through time✨
I’ve only read a few pages, but I already know I’m going to love it😃

This book came highly recommended by two friends whose literary taste I trust completely. Thank you, @mayapirayan ❤️

It looks like such a fun read—I can’t wait to dive in! by @pauli_drutel

This was the only hike I did in Sweden.
The weather changed every ten minutes, and the landscape seemed to change just as quickly.
During the night, a heavy storm woke me up when my tent collapsed on top of me.
I also met another solo female hiker, and we hiked up a mountain together to enjoy the view.

My beautiful trip through the Nordic countries came to an unexpected end when a truck hit my car.
The car is badly damaged and I had to leave it behind in Finland, but I’m incredibly grateful to be alive and uninjured 🌸
I was already planning to return to Poland and was on my way to catch a ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn, then spend a week exploring the Baltics and seeing where the journey would take me next.
Instead, something possibly even better happened. My new friends from the Ashtanga yoga retreat on Houtskär Island invited me to stay with them, and we spent an amazing week practicing yoga, taking long walks, and enjoying healthy, nourishing food together. Their children are unbelievably enthusiastic about yoga and healthy cooking—how wonderful is that?
So, on the bright side, I may have lost a car, but I gained friends for life.
Life often comes down to how we choose to experience it and how we decide to see it. We can’t control the external world when it suddenly creates chaos in our lives (and in my case, it seems determined to keep doing so), but we can learn to control our minds 🧘🏻‍♀️

And if you’d like to practice together this week, you’re warmly invited to join my classes on Insight Timer. We’ll be opening the hips, releasing tension in the shoulders, and giving the nervous system a chance to truly rest and reset 💫
