🎬 LOOKING FOR A VIDEO EDITOR — PAWWTALKS

NOT LOOKING ANYMORE

I’m looking for a beginner/intermediate video editor to join Pawwtalks and help turn my long-form animal communication sessions into engaging short-form content. 🐾

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

🎥 I have ~1-hour-long Zoom recordings of my animal communication sessions.

Your job won’t just be to edit clips I send you. You’ll need to watch the recordings and find the best moments yourself — moments that are emotional, surprising, funny, thought-provoking or create curiosity — and turn them into engaging reels.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Finding strong short-form clips from long Zoom recordings
• Identifying potential hooks/opening moments
• Cutting and structuring reels
• Captions/subtitles
• Pacing and removing unnecessary pauses
• Understanding basic storytelling & retention
• Creating approximately 20–22 reels/month

🧠 MOST IMPORTANT:
I’m NOT looking for someone who can just make cuts and add captions.

You need to have a good eye for content and understand what makes someone stop scrolling and keep watching.

You should be able to watch a 1-hour conversation and think:
“THIS is the moment people will want to watch.”

You don’t need to be an expert editor — content instincts matter more than fancy editing.

✨ YOU SHOULD BE:

• Beginner/intermediate editor
• Familiar with Instagram/Reels
• Good at identifying hooks & storytelling moments
• Interested in retention and short-form content
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Currently in college or a graduate

📩 INTERESTED?

Send your resume + portfolio/examples of reels you’ve edited to:

hello@pawwtalks.in

Please also mention your editing experience and availability.

🚨 PEANUT NEEDS YOUR HELP TO WALK AGAIN.🚨

Fundraising 40k/420 USD for Peanut

Or We are looking for a few people who can sponsor atleast INR 10k/month or 106 USD towards Peanut’s treatment for the 5-6 months till she gets her laser therapy and other treatment and starts walking again

What her monthly treatment costs:

Wound dressing + medicines: Rs 4k/month or 42 USD
Multivitamins + bone-support medication
Laser therapy: - INR 7k/month or 75 USD

The cost of her treatment is too much for me to bear alone and I don’t want Peanut to pay the price for it..

She is only 3 months old.

When she was barely one month old, she was left paralysed. She spent the next two months unable to walk, dragging her tiny body around.

I rescued her last month and she had bruises, scars, wounds and painful bed sores all over her body from dragging herself. One of her legs is severely twisted and has unfortunately become dead weight. It will eventually need to be amputated which will be done in some time too..

But thankfully her other leg is completely workable.

And her vet believes that there is a real chance she can walk again.

I had a dog named Sweety who was in a very similar condition and she WALKED. I’m really hopeful that Peanut can walk again too.

She is just a tiny baby who has already suffered more than she ever should have.

Please help us give this little girl a chance to stand, walk and eventually run. 🥺❤️

FUNDRAISER 40k / 420 USD for Peanut (i put up a fundraiser earlier as well but we couldn’t raise much)

She was just ONE MONTH old when she was run over. 💔

And somehow, she survived.

Peanut was left paralysed on the streets, where she spent more than TWO MONTHS trying to survive on her own.

For two months people saw her and walked by, for 60 days she looked for food dragging herself, she spent her days soaked in rain, she spent her days burning in the sun.. all alone.. because someone was in too much hurry and ran over her :)

When I was finally told about her, I went to rescue her as soon as i could.

And when I picked her up, she was in an extremely critical condition. Her haemoglobin is very low, and her little body had already been through more than any puppy ever should.

But Peanut hasn’t given up.

She still tries to walk. 🥺

Every single time she tries to get herself up, it breaks my heart and fills me with overwhelm at how much spirit she has.. if it were me i would have given up long back!

And so I will do my best to get her back on her legs

I don’t know yet how much recovery is possible or if she’ll even walk again, but I have seen miracles happen and i believe in her.

She doesn’t deserve to be given up on now that she’s finally safe, now that she’s got us♥️

The amount raised will cover her transportation to the vets, her bills at the vet, her bandaging and everything medical. She has a lot of wounds on her body and needs frequent vet visits and daily bandages to heal. This fundraiser will cover all of it.

And even if she doesn’t walk again, I just want to know that I tried.

We need to raise approximately ₹40,000 for Peanut’s consultations, investigations, treatment, and recovery.

Please help me get Peanut the care she deserves. She has been a victim of humankind, now let’s show her that humans can be kind too♥️🙏🏻

If you can donate, please do. If you can’t, please share this.

The most expressive eyes you’ll ever see🩷 by @pawwlovers._

Do humans really have no humanity left?

I genuinely fail to understand how people can see an animal that is clearly sick, injured, and in pain and still make it about themselves.

This is a dog I’ve been treating for the past few days. She has a maggot wound on her back. She is unwell, she is hurting, and she obviously smells because her body is literally fighting an infection.

She entered my building while I wasn’t home. When I came back, everyone was washing the stairs. I asked what happened, and they told me there was a “stinking dog” who had entered the building and everyone was hurling abuses at the dog for stinking up the building.

And honestly, what gets to me is the complete lack of empathy.

How do you look at an animal in this condition and think, “Ugh, this is disgusting. Get it out of here.” instead of thinking, “Why is this animal in this condition? Does she need help?”

How can you see an animal suffering and still think only about your own inconvenience?

Why is it so difficult for people to understand that an animal being sick, smelling, or being in an uncomfortable condition does not make its life any less valuable?

Humans have somehow become so entitled that we think our comfort automatically matters more than the suffering of every other species.

And I genuinely don’t understand that.

If you see an animal in pain, the bare minimum should be empathy.

I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HITTING THEM IS THEIR FIRST INSTINCT.

WHY DONT THEY EVER WONDER.. Just… maybe asking why they’re suffering and whether you can help.

I really wish we were a little less obsessed with our own comfort and a little more capable of caring about another living being. by @pawwlovers._

Will you virtually adopt Peanut? Even if you can’t, please donate to help her walk🩶

Looking for a virtual adopter for Peanut and fundraising 30k INR/ 320 USD for her treatment (transportation, vet and other medical expenses)

Peanut has been paralysed since she was just one month old (I was informed by the locals). She has spent the last two months of her life surviving on the streets, in a terrible area where nobody bothered to help her, nobody fed her, her whole body has bruises because of dragging herself.

And She is only 3 months old. She’s just a puppy whose life is about surviving.. being paralysed literally a month after she was born?

A friend of mine told me about her and I rescued her as soon as I could, but because she has been paralysed for so long, the chances of her walking again are unfortunately very low.

But I don’t want to give up on her.

I’m taking her to the doctor to find out whether there is anything we can do to help her walk, and I want to start her treatment and rehabilitation as soon as possible. Since Peanut is paralysed, she cannot survive on road, I will be shifting permanently to a boarding where she will stay safe forever.

For that, I’m looking for someone who will permanently virtually adopt her - someone who can help me take care of her for the rest of her life and help with the ongoing care she will need.

I’m also raising ₹30,000 for her immediate treatment, consultations, tests and rehabilitation.

Please donate for this little baby

Fundraising 15k/ 160 USD for Biscuit URGENTLY

I found Biscuit literally get beaten up because he was trying to sit in shade as it was raining, I have been taking care of him and he was so weak, I initially tried to feed him and see if he’s okay, but he wasn’t, because of constantly being wet, as he is JUST a 5-6 months old puppy, he got pneumonia and congestion which is very very severe in his chest, we are not sure if he will survive but I want to give him a fighting chance. So far I have spent over 8k on his blood tests, distemper PCR, transportation and treatment everyday. But I don’t have more funds and I need to rescue another paralysed kid where I will need funds for his treatment. This is extremely urgent and 2 lives depend on this, please donate and help me save Biscuit’s life!

$Where will they go if I can’t pay their bills? URGENTLY fundraising 2 lakh to pay the pending boarding bills. The bills are of the following babies over the period of 1 year- I picked Muffin from sewer with his face completely infested with maggots, nobody even wanted to touch him.. his owners left him long ago.. how could they do this to him? Jasper who was paralyzed after they hit jim and left alone in a room for 6 months in his own urine and poop before I rescued him.. his owners never even asked how he is, even after 1 year. Never even asked if he is alive or not.. Pogo was hit by a truck and a car, leaving him with multiple fractures and a hernia, poor kid went through 3 major surgeries when he was JUST 20 days old.. should i have left him there again? To be run over again? I didn’t.. Noor waited at the same spot for 15 days because she believed her family would come back for her. They never did. I picked her up and today she lives a beautiful life. Luna was beaten brutally by a vegetable vendor simply because he thought she was a Labrador when he bought her, but she turned out to be an indie and he stopped feeding her!! Today they are all safe. But their boarding dues have reached ₹2,00,000 and I genuinely cannot manage this alone anymore. If I don’t pay their bills, they will have NOWHERE to go.. dogs who were left by people, their parents, they will again have nowhere to go.. but you can prevent that! If 200 people donate Rs 1000 for them, they can have a home. If 2000 people donate just ₹100, we can clear their bills and keep them safe. Every small contribution matters.
