It’s that time of year again…shipping our son off to his grandparents for a much needed break. #summerbreak #parentsoutside #byebyebaby ✈️✌🏿 by @pb.gibson

Happy Father’s Day to my dad, our Papa, Trence Jackson! So this video is a prime example of my dad. He came in town one day and woke me up early the next morning so we could go to Home Depot for tools. Listen, we had tools already but not the kind he wanted or thought were sufficient. Then he proceeded to complete about 3 home projects before catching a flight back to Memphis. 😩 Thank you Papa for all you do! I love you! You’ve always been the fixer. So the analytical, critical thinker, problem solver, roll up your sleeves and get it done came directly from him. #fathersday by @pb.gibson

Happy Father’s Day Danny Gibson! You make fatherhood look easy. It’s been a joy watching you love and lead our family and legacy. Daniel Cairo and I appreciate you so much. 💙😘 #fathersday by @pb.gibson

Story Time: Six months ago we were blessed to close on an investment property. The months following almost took us out. Every time we turned around it was a new project to be done. From replacing and repairing floors, doors, windows, the porch, fencing, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work, painting and everything in between, we did it all. Something we projected as a three month flip, took six!

As a proud south side home owner and investor, I’m so excited to have the Obama Presidential Center officially open to the public soon, right in our very own neighborhood! I can feel the excitement and anticipation in the air. I’m throughly looking forward to the growth and development in the months and years to come.

One of our family’s goals was to purchase a property on the South Side that would appreciate in value over time while also creating an opportunity for supplemental income through short-term rentals before the Center opened. By God’s grace, we did exactly that.

This journey reminded me to trust the process and let it all work out.

Found some time for some family fun in Boston this week. ⚾️ by @pb.gibson

Still feeling so grateful after an amazing three-day work conference in Boston that I had the opportunity to produce.

I’m honored to work with some incredible speakers and leaders—people who are doing meaningful work and shaping important conversations. It never gets old being in the same room, hearing their stories, feeling their impact, and getting to help bring it all together. by @pb.gibson
