📝 Construction taking longer than anticipated TBA asap! 🙏🏼

POSTS STORIES REELS

Hey y’all! Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Trinh. 😊👋 And:

• Peace Love Cheese is my 2nd child.
• I am an avid foodie and traveler.
• My families oldest restaurant is 30 years old.
• I’ve worked FOH, BOH, Server, Hostess, Busboy, Food runner (this is still all valid today! 😂 )and Corporate(as an EA for CROinc)
• I’m 10 years older than you think I am.

I swore to myself I would never return to the restaurant/hospitality industry. Yet here I am 3 years in doing what I love, on my own terms!

➡️ To see some of my life over the last decade. Today is my son’s birthday, so I made him a little collage. 💙

Hello to my PLC fam! My name is Trinh and this a long overdue introduction! Why now? Because one week from today I will be embarking on a cheese and wine and everything charcuterie related journey! I will be visiting Spain, Portugal and France to immerse myself in all the knowledge and history these countries have to offer me in the charcuterie world and I want to take you with me! It will be my first trip to Spain and Portugal and 3rd trip to France. This will also be my first solo experience in Spain and Portugal and I’m so excited!

Yes, I can “google” all of this online but, I want to see it with my own eyes, how it’s prepared, what it taste and feels like. Oh and wanderlust plus, “Travel makes you realize that no matter how much you know, there is ALWAYS more to learn.

I will be vlogging my way through these countries and if you are interested please subscribe, hit the notification button or whatever else you do on social media! I will be posting stories and attempting to vlog and go live. Please give me a 💜or some words of encouragement if this is something that interest you!

As we go you will also learn more about me and my love for aesthetics, the classics and my own personal style.

Just checking in to say a quick, hey y’all! 👋🏼😬

Congratulations to Jessica & Chris! Thank you for choosing us to be a part of such a special day. 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️

When @jessicaxvu told us she wanted a rustic spread we had to hold back, but still a spread fit for a princess nonetheless! 🥰 #sneakpeek More photos to come!

We are about a month behind on posts and still have messages to respond to. 😅 We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this busy holiday season. We hope you all are staying warm and surrounded by the ones you love!

This is TWO! Cheers! 🥂And always remember, The Best is Yet To Come! ✌🏼💜🧀

What a busy year we had! And these are just our tables, spreads and large orders! We made so so many more Boards than all of the above combined. Also, not including all the holidays! Looking back I’m not sure how we did it. I just know we have come a long way and I couldn’t be prouder of this little little business that started off as 8 small gifts.

I have so much I want to say but to keep it short I just want to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE!

We are also booked until the beginning of November. We will also be doing a bit of traveling to immerse ourselves in more cheese, wine and charcuterie culture. Where it all started. (This time with my little family 🤗 👨‍👩‍👦) More exciting news and info to come!

PLC turned 3 this past weekend! It’s been such an incredible journey. I’ve always been a traveler. I’ve always been a foodie. But the places you guys have led me to learn about origins of cheese and wine have been indescribable.

I still use an iPhone for all my content and amateur reels. I’ve never paid for an ad or gifted an influencer for a review. I don’t even have a website up! 🙈 I started with 8 minis to bookings into 2025!? Seriously?! Is this real?!

I see so many amazing charcuterie business’ in DFW with 10-100+ thousand followers. I’m over here with 3 and I’m beyond blessed. It’s because I know you guys have really had my back throughout this journey! I’m so overwhelmingly grateful, y’all. 🥂’s to 3 and 3 more…

⬆️- This reel are a few highlights. I actually had 43 but this templete only allowed 15. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I’m sorry I’ve been MIA on here. My son is starting prek soon and I’m not okay! 🥹Currently hardcore momming. 💜 BRB

Some fun highlights from The Texas Harvest Wine Festival! Thank you again @dallasfarmersmarket for having us! We had so much fun meeting all of you and hearing stories of our stories! We honestly didn’t even know you guys new we existed. Thank you for coming out to support us and stopping by to say hi. 💜

Just a Monday reminder to be thankful for everything you have. Your thoughts become your reality, so think big, dream big, believe in yourself, trust your gut and invest in yourself. Some days you are all you have and that is all you need. 💜
