Well, this is GRAND! 🦪 We’re excited to share that Pearl Divers has been included in Texas Monthly’s Texas Grand, a guide to the thousand-ish best restaurants across the Lone Star State. Honored to be in such great company. Thank you, @texasmonthly for including us! 🦪🍸✨ by @pearldiversep

Sunday’s best friend: the Bloody Caesar 🍅🦪 A Canadian classic with a Pearl Divers twist - bold, briny, and built to cure whatever last night served up. We’re here ’til 10 - swing by for your Sunday fix. by @pearldiversep

🐟Tinfish isn’t just a snack, it’s a whole mood. At Pearl Divers, our tinfish selection is not your average plate - it’s dressed up, decked out, and swimming in flavor 🌊✨Perfect for sharing, even better with a martini or bottle of wine. by @pearldiversep

We’re back at it. Don’t forget, Happy Hour starts at 3pm and runs till 6pm. We’re serving up your favorite oysters, our must-have adult happy meal, and crisp bubbles, as always. 🦪🥂 by @pearldiversep

At Pearl Divers, it’s always chowder season. 🍲 But the cooler days are bringing a few new pots to the stove. Stay tuned for what we’re cooking up this season. In the meantime, pull up a chair, stay a while. We’ll have a warm bowl waiting for you. 🥣 TUES-SUN • 3PM-10PM by @pearldiversep

This weather? Giving coastal vibes. 🦪🌧️ Fresh drop just landed for your oyster fix. by @pearldiversep

Oyster shucking is a labor of love, and we take our craft pretty seriously around here. 🦪

Somehow, we’ve already crossed the one year mark at Pearl Divers. Bringing this little oyster bar to El Paso has been one hell of a ride, and we’re incredibly grateful to the team and everyone who has pulled up a seat, ordered a dozen, brought a friend, and supported us along the way. We may be a little late on the birthday celebration, but we’ve got something coming. Stay tuned. 🥂

And as we head into the next few months, keep showing up for your local restaurants. Eat local. Drink local. Support the people doing what they love. We couldn’t do it without you. ❤️ Also, happy Mexican Independence Day to our friends, family, team, and community celebrating today. 🇲🇽❤️

Shoutout to @christianchurches for capturing this shot of our Executive Chef and co owner, Martin, doing what he does best. 📸 by @pearldiversep

Mediterranean Crudo ✨ Scallops, tuna, salmon, capers, lemon zest and plenty of good olive oil. Simple, fresh, exactly how we like it. by @pearldiversep

A little West Coast throwback, Pearl Divers style. 🦀🦪 Crab Louie, a classic dating back to the early 1900s, is our feature this week.

Come spend your Labor Day weekend with us. We’re open regular hours from 3–10 PM. 🦪🍸✨ by @pearldiversep

If you know, you know. 🦪 Our Oysters Rockefeller are a fan favorite for a reason. Rally the crew and head downtown for a little coastal energy this Saturday. 🥂🌊 We open at 3pm 🦪 ✨ by @pearldiversep

Last night was a good one. 🦪🔥🎷We popped up at @happysbarleyandvine , brought a little New Orleans to the party, fired up the grill for some chargrilled oysters, shucked plenty on the half shell, and did it all with live jazz in the background by the amazing @sunnygroovejazz🥁 🎸

Good food, good music, good people. Exactly our kind of night.

We love teaming up with other local spots and doing something a little different. Thanks to Happy’s for having us and everyone who came through. 🫶Stay tuned for our next pop-up. 👀.

Want to bring Pearl Divers to you? Our oyster cart is available for private events, parties, weddings, or even a shucking party at home. 🦪 DM us for more info! ( 📸: @drew.holguin ) by @pearldiversep
