🚨 ONLY 1 DAY LEFT! 🚨

If implemented India’s draft Laboratory Animals Rules, 2026 could lead to:

1. Reduced independent scrunity with institutions approving their own "mild and moderate" experiments with virtually no oversight.

2. Sourcing through unregistered sources, giving rise to illegal trade and rampant breeding with no oversight and virtually no accountability.

3. Vulnerability of animals such as stray animals, monkeys and other wild animals

Deadline: 5 November 2026.

Trouble sending? Email cpcsea-mef@gov.in with the subject: Objection to the Draft Laboratory Animals Rules, 2026.

Illegal Encroachment Removed: Shastri Meat Market

An illegal meat market had been operating on government land at Shastri Meat Market without the required documentation or authorisation.

Following the documentation of violations and the issuance of challans, the matter proceeded to the Hon’ble High Court, where the hawkers’ appeal was dismissed.

The demolition was subsequently finalised by the Deputy Commissioner, and the illegal market was finally razed.

This action highlights the importance of enforcing the law and protecting public land from illegal encroachment.

"Even school students know the truth—the future of science doesn't need animal testing." 💡🔬

Ashwini international schools students pointed out something crucial: modern science already offers cruelty-free, non-animal testing methods in laboratories! Organ-on-a-chip technology, computer modeling, and human cell cultures are faster, safer, and more accurate.

So why is the government moving backward with the proposed CCSEA Draft Rules? 🛑

If our youth can see that animal testing is obsolete, our policy makers should too. We must reject these new regulations and demand investment in modern, animal-free science! 🧪✨

103 ANIMALS SEIZED: Peedu’s People spearheads massive wildlife crackdown in West Delhi! 🚨🦜🐢

This week, Peedu’s People successfully led a major operation against illegal wildlife trafficking at Badal Pet Shop in Moti Nagar, West Delhi.
After receiving critical information regarding protected native species being kept on the premises, we took immediate charge of the investigation. Following careful verification of the data, we personally mobilized the Delhi Police and the Delhi Forest Department to execute a swift, coordinated enforcement action.

The Impact of the Seizure:
* 54 Protected Native Birds rescued (including Rose-ringed and Alexandrine parakeets).
* 49 Native Reptiles saved (including endangered Indian star tortoises and black-spotted pond turtles).
* Legal Enforcement: All 103 animals were officially seized from the shop, and an FIR has been registered against the violators under Sections 9, 39, and 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.

The conditions these animals were subjected to were devastating, but they are now safely out of that environment. They are currently receiving expert veterinary care and are awaiting their rightful release back into their natural wild habitats.
A massive thank you to the Delhi Police and Forest Department for responding immediately to our call and assisting Peedu's People in securing this vital victory for wildlife protection.
Wild animals belong in nature, not in commercial cages. If you suspect or witness illegal wildlife trading in your area, do not stay silent. Report it to the authorities or reach out to us directly! ✊🌿 by @peeduspeople

Vibe, its Latin origin is Vibratio for Vibration forming a rhythm.

Last weekend I connected with Peedus People and organization educates humans about the underdogs. The wavelength I connected with them was as an Ally .

As an individual involved in animal welfare of India at personal capacity I am glad that I had a meaningful and a worthwhile connection with Peedus People to contribute and achieve a goal together.

At the heart of Chandigarh in sector 17 Plaza our purpose was to outreach citizens of our country India to raise an objection about the
New draft rules make it easy to exploit any animal for laboratory experiments by Animal Husbandry Ministry.

The Animal Husbandry Ministry has published the Draft Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Control and Supervision of Experiment, Breeding and Trading of Laboratory Animals) Rules, 2026.

Animals can be picked up from anywhere. Open markets, unregistered breeders, traders, roads, your bathroom. Any species. It could be your dog that you feed. No animal in India is now safe.
Labs will approve themselves. The CPCSEA (now called CCSEA) is cut out. Think how absurd this is.
A lab doesn’t need a roof. It could be under a tree. You can experiment in a three-wheeler.
Thirty years ago we put safeguards in place. These rules threaten to destroy all of them. And breaking the committee’s conditions already costs a lab a fine of up to Rs 200 under Section 20 of the Act.

At a time when the world is moving forward, why is India moving backwards? These draft rules must be withdrawn.

Think about it! More than 90% of drug’s that clear animal studies ultimately fail to receive approval.

Raise your object , scan the QR code and send an auto draft email and sign your name and city state at the bottom. It’ll take less than 1 minute. by @peeduspeople

🐾 We’re teaching children to care. Let’s make sure the world lets them. ❤️

Through their homework, these young compassionate citizens are learning to understand animals, respect their needs, and take responsibility for their well-being. 🌱

But while we teach children compassion, the proposed draft rules on animal experimentation raise serious concerns about the future of animals used in research.

What are we teaching our children if the laws we create fail to protect the very beings we ask them to care for?

Let’s build a world where compassion is not just a lesson in the classroom, but a value reflected in our laws, too.

🐶 Every life matters. Every voice counts. Every act of kindness matters.
