How to teach Olympic lifts: 🎥🏋️
"The Hang Snatch"
.
The Snatch is another lift you will see many good Strength and Conditioning programs utilize for their athletes and in particular the Hang Snatch. Why, due to it being another tool in the weight room that helps produce explosive power, strength, and speed. It also increases neuromuscular coordination and rate of force development like most of the Olympic lifts do. Additionally a byproduct of this lift will increase strength and stability across the shoulders, back, and core. All this, along with the continual use of "triple extension" that comes with Olympic weightlifting has direct correlation to the field of most sports. Take the progression from this video and learn how to use the Hang Snatch in your own training and see the results for yourself. 💪💪💪
