🥞✨ Crispy, golden, and made fresh to order—our Authentic South Indian Dosas have arrived in Melbourne!

A dosa isn’t just an Indian crepe—it’s a tradition that’s been perfected over generations. We start with rice and lentils, soak them, stone-grind them into a smooth batter, and allow it to naturally ferment overnight. This fermentation develops its signature tangy flavor, creates a light, crispy texture, and supports gut health with naturally occurring beneficial bacteria and improved digestibility.

Every dosa is then spread fresh on a hot griddle until perfectly golden and served with:
🥜 House-made Peanut Chutney
🫚 Fresh Ginger Chutney
🥣 Traditional Sambar

Whether it’s your first dosa or your hundredth, this is one South Indian classic you don’t want to miss.

Come experience one of India’s most iconic comfort foods—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable.

Some desserts end the meal. This one steals the show. ✨🥭

Cold, creamy, rich and bursting with mango in every spoonful — our Mango Custard is the kind of dessert you order after saying, “I’m completely full.” 😍

Because there’s always room for mango. 🥭🥄

Come for the biryani. Stay for the custard. Then wonder why you didn’t order two. 😋

This is your sign to NOT skip dessert. 👀🤎

Soft. Warm. Syrupy. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Gulab Jamun is the kind of dessert where “I’ll just have one” becomes a promise nobody keeps. 😂

Break into that warm, syrup-soaked center and suddenly there’s always room for dessert. 🤤

Tag the person who would steal the last Gulab Jamun from your plate. 👇🔥

WARNING: This chai has a habit of turning “just one cup” into “okay… one more.” 😮‍💨☕

That first sip hits with warm spices, creamy richness, and that unmistakable desi chai kick. Then comes the dangerous part — you reach the bottom of the cup. 👀

🔥 Hot. Bold. Addictive.
☕ One of our TOP SELLERS
🤎 Made for serious chai cravings.

Melbourne, forget your ordinary coffee run. Your next obsession might be Masala Chai at Persis.

Who’s the person you’d split a chai with… but definitely not this one? 😂👇
