💛 BIG LOVE to anyone who may experience thoughts or feelings from today's post. I'm with you.

You are....
✨ worthy and deserving of unconditional love.
✨ never alone. We are all on this journey together.
✨ you're never too much for your tribe.
✨ you can find and connect to a safe space.
✨ your worth isn't determined by how others treat you or what they made you feel. You are inherently worthy simply for who you are. Realizing that is the first step toward healing and moving forward.

🌻It is okay to let go of what others made you think and feel and learn to embrace yourself exactly as you are.

The Flower Moon peaks on Friday, May 1, 2026. It symbolizes a time of transformation, emotional depth, and spiritual exploration, often encouraging a release of negativity.

It is a time for planting seeds (literally and metaphorically) and focusing on personal expansion.

The spiritual theme focuses on stepping into your own light and taking up space without fear.

🌻🌕 Sharing beautiful flower full moon blessings with you all. 💛✨

Letting go of what cannot accept your truth is alignment.
It creates space for connections and opportunities that honour the real you.
Peace grows where honesty is welcome, even when it challenges others.
The courage to speak opens pathways, fosters respect, and builds clarity in decision-making.

✨ Speak your truth - be authentically YOU!

I have a special share for you today. My youngest son, wrote this a few years ago "When I think of you I think of a flower. Because 'Cuz' your sweet and sour. You're a flower. You're a sunflower. With Petals of Sunshine. And all those petals are full of love. And they will fall but never break. "

Soooo precious. At such a young age, you can see his depth, awareness, and his sweet and sour soul.

This song seemed fitting as it brings joy and happiness to both of our souls. 🥰

Wishing you all a beautiful day, one filled with petals of love and sunshine. 🌻🤍✨

Dear sweet Petals of Sunshine's,

I want you to take a moment and remember that you have come into this world by no mistake. You're here, now, maybe hiding, maybe dimming your light, maybe holding back, maybe too afraid, or maybe barely getting by. I get it, this life can present messy moments, cruel outcomes, or heartbreaking situations. And, sometimes, we get knocked down for a while...and life, well it keeps going on around us, doesn't it. It doesn't stop for us. With that harsh reality, how long are you going to let it keep you down, keep you from missing life, opportunities?

Here's the thing: what you've been through, where you come from, what you look like...it doesn't matter or change the fact that you're whole/complete. You're still one of a kind and made to be uniquely YOU! You're worthy of being here and of living life messy, sad, happy, mad, scared, excited, etc.

Trust, be, love, and do you!

With love,
Jo-Ann xo

We are human. We do not have to be okay all of the time.

We are all facing the present moment with different thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

🌻Sending love to anyone who may need it right now.
