There are no words for this. 💔

Yesterday, I lost my best friend, my Lani girl.

My constant for 14 years, through every chapter, every change, every moment that shaped me. You made the world feel safe, no matter what was going on around us.

You loved the beach, the breeze in your hair, chicken tendies, and being right by my side. And you got to swim in the ocean again yesterday, just like you always loved.

Thank you for every step, every moment, every piece of love you gave so freely.

You changed my life, my heart, and the reason behind everything I do.

I will carry your mission forward, helping pets and their humans find home, just like you always did for me. Your legacy doesn’t stop here.

A hui hou, my girl. 🤍

Hi! Have we met yet? 👋
Start here!

I’m Jenni, a dog mom, beach expert, and your pet-friendly realtor here in South Florida.

If I’m not showing homes or mentoring agents, you’ll probably find me collecting shells, volunteering at the shelter, or hanging out with Lani (our Pawperty Manager 🐾).

This little intro is a peek at who we are and what you’ll see around here:
pets, beach days, real estate, and a little bit of everyday life in between.

Can’t wait to connect with you soon!

It’s amazing what a little sunshine, saltwater, and spending time outside year-round with your pup can do.

There is nothing quite like the Fort Lauderdale pace. You get the incredible beaches, boat days on the New River, and dinner on Las Olas, but with room to actually breathe. If you’ve been thinking about making the move to Florida’s Gold Coast, consider this your sign.

I rounded up four gorgeous homes currently on the market, from Fort Lauderdale to Dania Beach, all under $650,000 and featuring incredible setups for entertaining.

Which one are you picking: 1, 2, 3, or 4?

Comment “HOLIDAY” and I’ll send you all the details and direct links straight to your DMs!

Florida Dog Adventures was inspired by the life of my sweet Lani, who we said goodbye to this year. Her love for the Sunshine State and her incredible spirit are the foundation of everything we build here.

I’m Jenni, and after years of exploring Florida with Lani, I wanted to create a place to share all the dog-friendly spots, local favorites, and little discoveries that make life here so special.

Now, Tootsie, my 5-month-old mini Goldendoodle, is joining me for the next chapter of adventures!

From dog-friendly restaurants and beaches to parks, hotels, shops, and weekend getaways, we’re excited to explore, share our favorites, discover new places, and help other dog lovers find their next adventure.

We’re also looking forward to connecting with local businesses, discovering new spots, and collaborating with brands that share our love for including dogs in everyday life.

Whether you’re a Florida local or planning a visit, we’d love to have you follow along!

Here’s to new places, familiar favorites, sandy paws, and lots of adventures ahead. ☀️🐾 by @petfriendlyhomesfl

We spend so much time trying to define everything, including love.

But the love we share with animals is something pretty special. It’s unconditional, it’s honest, and it asks for so little in return.

How incredibly lucky are we to have them in our lives?

In memory of Lani Sosnow, who spent a lifetime teaching me the true meaning of unconditional love 🐾💜 by @petfriendlyhomesfl

So I have been keeping a little secret! 🥹

I am learning that grief and love can coexist.

Welcome home, Tootsie. 💜 by @petfriendlyhomesfl

You can fix a kitchen. You can’t fix a zip code.

That’s why I always tell buyers to look for the right street first and the right house second. If you’re open to a little sweat equity in Broward, these are the neighborhoods I’d be watching:

Poinsettia Heights: Minutes from Wilton Manors and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Harbor Village: In east Pompano Beach, close to the Intracoastal, Atlantic Boulevard, and the beach.

Imperial Point: An established residential neighborhood in northeast Fort Lauderdale, quick access to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

Croissant Park: An established neighborhood with historic homes and character, conveniently located near downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and the airport.

Buy the location, then make the house match it. That’s how a fixer becomes a win instead of a money pit.
