Does anyone know what PETH means? What shops should we try get into? by @peth.store
We’ve been quite on socials recently, I’ve been so busy doing 15 hour days without hardly any days off that the last thing I have been thinking about is making videos 😂 My girlfriend is now doing 3 days a week in the “lab” so it’s taken some off the work load off me and I can get back to making videos like this and doing all the boring stuff behind the scenes and working on new products ( coming in 2 weeks ) I actually like making these videos as a diary for myself so if people like them I’ll keep uploading them ahah ( I have some from when I first started PETH. ) If anyone has any product ideas or some designs you’d like us to see them leave them in the comments below ⬇️ #smallbusiness #beach #towel #glasto #smallbusinessowner by @peth.store
Hello! I haven’t introduced myself in ages so here it is! Growing up in Cornwall I basically spent my whole summer holidays on the beach 🏝️ one of the most annoying things was after using your towel, you take it home hang it up & the next day the towel is still damp & would sink 👃 Sometimes you’d just leave your towel at home because you couldn’t be asked to carry a wet towel around with you all day & they are heavy / bulky for your bag I always knew I wanted to start my own business from a young age & didn’t go to university like most people I knew. I worked as a lifeguard in the summer & then went away travelling in the winters It wasn’t until 2021 that I decided I’d have enough of being a lifeguard & got a job in a surf shop ( I wanted to open my own shop one day ) when I was there it reminded me of being younger at the beach every day & how annoying standard towels are if you’re using them regularly Jump to now, a few years later, 20,000+ towel changing robes sold & I’ve just released our second Product ( travel towel ) Our towels were designed for using at the beach but most of our customers are, cold water swimmers, people going on camping holidays ( walk to and from the showers ) & for using at home as they are much warmer & easier to use than a standard towel & try super quick Thanks for coming to my ted talk 😂 bye 🙋‍♂️ #cornwall #beach #towelchangingrobe #smallbiz #smallbusiness #holiday by @peth.store
Anymore tips please leave them below and share this so everyone’s safe! #wildswim #coldwater #swim #outdoors So many accidents can be prevented if you’re with someone! Everyone thinks you need to swim in just your swimsuit / shorts but it’s okay to wear a wetsuit whilst you’re still getting used to the cold water A decent waterproof robe or some trackie bottoms and a hoodie are needed! Hot water bottle helps as well ( our robes have a pocket for them ) 🤪 Don’t push yourself to get in if it feels too cold, it’s not a big deal! I hate cold water and decent not to go in all the time These are obvious for some people but all important by @peth.store
DAY 9 - Dip A Day for @surfersagainstsewage #health #ocean #swim #sea #contentcreator by @peth.store
Some Sunday mornings it’s a struggle to leave the comfort of bed… …but somehow you also know you’d hate to miss this. 🌊 With the tide high, we stayed in the sea this morning, gently bobbing in the waves, catching up, laughing and welcoming new faces as regulars brought along friends and family. There was that familiar buzz you can’t quite put into words—the joy of seeing each other again. It’s never just about getting in the sea. It’s about not wanting to miss the people waiting when you get there. 🩵 P.S. We promise you don’t need a @beachbumsup swimsuit or a @peth.store towel to fit in here. We just happen to love them… and if either brand ever wants a community of enthusiastic ambassadors, you know where to find us! 😉 by @peth.store
I promise I am happy in that picture, I was waiting for Joe to tell me if I was in frame or not 😂 April is always a weird month because it’s either great for sales or really bad! Never in between This year was a good one but I think that was down to the kids robes being released and the travel towels are selling great this year The trade mark is really cool, do I actually change the logo? Or just keep it the same? I have no clue but I forgot I even applied for it until the email came through I am 100% doing another trip to film some content, the flights from Exeter only cost me £65 each and it’s so much better than driving to Bristol ZIP ROBES!!!! I get asked twice a day about them, they are coming back, I’ve got the photos ready. When should I release them? Kids robes are basically sold out and I don’t have anymore coming for 2 months ( good thing that they sold good ) ( bad thing, didn’t order enough) I still cannot get the bag right for the orange travel towel… any ideas? Before I just make it plain orange 🍊 Some sick stockist added in April, I need to do a separate post about them all but I’m literally packing orders for over 10 hours a day because 99% of people add their names to the robes ( not complaining, I love it ) I’m thinking about hiring someone by the end of may! Anyone want a job? by @peth.store
Hi I’m jordan and I make towels from recycled plastic bottles I quit my job about 3 years ago to do this full time and so far we’ve sold about 70,000 of our changing robes and around 20,000 of our travel towels Yes I know it sounds weird that they are made from recycled plastic bottles but because of this the sand falls right off They are also quick drying, super absorbent, lightweight and pack down nice and small Hopefully one day there won’t be a me plastic bottles left for me to turn into towels but for now there’s just a few billion so I’m okay I am on a missing to make the best towel brand in the uk! Give me a follow to keep up with what happens! And I share the good and the bad Cheers Jordan Owner by @peth.store
Hope everyone has had a great bank holiday weekend 💗☀️ I’m a happy girl as I have got in the sea everyday 🙌🌊 by @peth.store
🚨 KIDS ROBES RELEASING IN 2 DAYS! 🚨 wait list in the bio by @peth.store
This cost me less than £400 and I filmed over 50 videos in 24 hours 😂 We did have to leave at 3am to drive to Exeter for a 6am flight but it was definitely worth it Shout out to @chylowenfurniture for coming with me and being the camera man ( he’s sun burnt ) I’m 10000% gunna do this again, it’s cheaper than an influencer and I get way more videos I’m thinking Greece 🇬🇷 next if anyone has any recommendations let me know by @peth.store
