I open doors to Israel. When I do, churches wake up and Israelis know they are not alone.

Do you ever fish for a Bible promise. I did at lunch today. I opened to this promise. And then I saw this scene. They kinda go together. “Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.” Zechariah 9:12 by @philipmccallum

Church from my seat today. It was soul filling. Pastors Caleb and Dani gave such actionable ways to love our neighbors. I felt embraced by the worship of others. So glad to be with my community today. by @philipmccallum

The pathway is halfway. Tymofiy is my helper. Next comes grout with tiny glued pebbles between the flagstones. I was ready to call it a day at 3pm. But Tym insisted we push on to get it done. We did. By lamplight. by @philipmccallum

3 years? It feels like 30 years ago. Oct 7, 2023. I couldn’t sit at home and watch Israel writhe in pain in the news. I took a flight to Israel. Alone. The first of 11 since the war started. Since then 238 people travelled with me to “comfort, comfort my people.” My Israeli friend asked for multitools for his soldiers. I brought all that I could pack plus a stack of bullet proof vests to give away. I visited my soldier friends serving on the Gaza border, Lebanon border, and in Samaria. My barber in Israel welcomed his new born daughter on Oct 7. Lives stolen and life returned. Many Americans have followed. Many more to are to come. I’m going back to Israel for another visit in December. I have another five trips planned in 2027. The last three years changed the trajectory of my life. Am Yisrael Chai. The people of Israel live because the God of Israel lives. by @philipmccallum

Winston Churchill said about his country home, “A day away from Chartwell is a day wasted”. In 2023 we two families bought a history making farm in Snohomish. One project at a time we are bringing Cedergreen to life. One family lived here from 1885-2004. Now it’s our turn. by @philipmccallum

I love these people. Happy birthday Levi. It’s been a sweet time in California. Time to head home. by @philipmccallum

Flowers for you this morning from my walk with Leslie at Venice Beach, CA. Bird of Paradise. Sigh. by @philipmccallum

World leaders walked out on Israel yesterday. Then this morning I read hope in Isaiah 62:12, “You will be called Sought After.” Israel will be popular one day. Isaiah 62 is saturated with future promises when world leaders will seek Israel as a light and rebuild the nation.

I live for that day, one church, one trip, one traveler at a time. Each Israel trip that goes is statement of faith for a better future. Each traveler is a forerunner of where history is heading. I surrender my life again to serving that hope. by @philipmccallum
