My little wellness journey 🌸 I’m 33, dealing with a ruptured disc in my lower back definitely wasn’t something I had planned for.

I chose Vita Bella because of the constant reassurance and support I get from PROFESSIONALS while doing this.

I’ve always been really active and pretty crazy when it comes to outside activities, so dealing with constant back pain, nerve pain, numbness, and not being able to do everything I used to (especially free diving 😭) has been frustrating, to say the least.🌊

Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time researching peptides, particularly those being studied for healing, tissue repair, and regeneration. I’ve wanted to understand the science, the potential benefits, and the risks before making any decisions.✨

And no, I’m not on a GLP-1. My interest is specifically in the research surrounding ✨regenerative ✨and my own experience along the way.

I’m not expecting miracles, and I’m fully aware that a lot of these compounds are still experimental, with limited human research behind them.😊

But one thing this back injury has taught me is just how important it is to take your health seriously, ask questions, and be proactive about understanding your options.

I’m curious to see how this next chapter goes, how I feel throughout the process, and what I learn along the way.

Your health is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. 🤍

Sharing my personal experience, not medical advice or a recommendation to use experimental treatments.🌸✨🎀✨ by @phillyvz

Happy Halloween everyone! From the Vita Bella Health family to yours we are wishing all a safe and blessed holiday. PLEASE make sure to check your kids candy when you get home. Just like research peptides you don’t know where they are coming from and will have no idea what’s coming in your kids bounty. Double check and be SAFE! Love you all.

So many medical providers and the population at large misunderstand how important testosterone is for a woman. TRT is not just for men. It’s the missing link that is powerful in fully optimizing female hormones. I had the chance to jump on Natasha Graziano’s podcast and educate her on what we are seeing in lab work from female patients suffering from low testosterone levels - low libido, trouble with losing weight, low energy, issues putting on muscle…. We discussed everything across the board but this was the biggest eye opener.

Not a doctor - Phil Vella is the CEO of Vita Bella Health (47 state longevity clinic), Educator, Speaker, Master Certified in hormones, peptides and longevity, and also a graduate scholar and researcher with over 80 Doctors and Medical Providers under his leadership at Vita Bella Health.

The faster you fail, the faster you will see success. Too many people quit early. It’s in the failure that you learn, adjust and eventually you’ll find what works - ultimately succeeding.
