Holiday cooking is officially on my mind… and it’s all about the little details. 🍷✨

From perfectly seasoned roasts to buttery vegetables and those appetizers that disappear before dinner even starts, a little extra flavor goes a long way.

I’m sharing a few of my favorite ways to use the Hope Provisions Vanilla Brown Butter Finishing Salt and BBQ Rub this holiday season.

Made for good food, great wine, and gathering around the table. 🤎

Find both at Hope on Park in downtown Paso Robles or shop online at hopefamilywines.com.

Cheers to a delicious holiday season! 🥂 by @phreshfoodsco

YOUR FOOD CALLED. IT’S BORED. 📞😂

Same recipes. Same ingredients. Same boring salt? We can fix that. 😉

From crispy fries and juicy steaks to creamy pasta, fresh burrata, cocktails, and even dessert… everything deserves a little PHRESH. 🧂

✨ CHIMI – Bold & herby
🌿 ROSEMARY – Savory & aromatic
🧄 ALLIUM – For the garlic lovers
🔥 HOT STUFF – A little kick of heat

Because sometimes the difference between good food and GREAT food is just a little finishing touch.

Don’t be boring. Stay Salty. ✨

👇 Tell us, what are you sprinkling PHRESH on first?

🧂 YOU’RE SALTING WRONG. (Well, maybe 😉)
Here’s a little secret: WHEN you salt is just as important as WHAT you salt with.

Most people think salt is just something you throw on food before cooking. But there’s actually a little science to it.
✨ Salt early. Season during cooking to allow salt to penetrate your food and bring out its natural flavors.
✨ Taste as you go. Build seasoning gradually. You can always add more, but you can’t take it away!
✨ Finish strong. This is where the magic happens. A sprinkle of flaky finishing salt right before serving adds texture, a little crunch, and a final pop of flavor.
Think of it this way: regular salt builds the foundation. Finishing salt is the final touch.
Our Phresh Rosemary Salt takes it one step further, adding beautiful rosemary flavor to everything from crispy potatoes to roasted chicken and warm sourdough.
Same food. Whole different experience.

Stay Salty. ✌️

Garlic, onions, shallots, leeks, and chives—what do they have in common? 🧄🧅

They’re all alliums, bringing savory depth, sweetness, and just the right bite to your favorite dishes.

PHRESH Allium Salt captures that delicious flavor in one easy sprinkle. Add it to roasted veggies, eggs, potatoes, meats, soups, sauces .

Which allium do you reach for most: garlic or onion? 👇 by @phreshfoodsco

Steak night just got a little more PHRESH. 🔥

Meet CHIMI. Our take on chimichurri in a finishing salt.

Flaky sea salt infused with garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a little heat from red chili flakes.

All those bold, bright flavors in one little pinch.

Amazing on grilled steak, but don’t stop there. Think roasted potatoes, grilled veggies, shrimp… honestly, the possibilities are endless.

What’s your favorite thing to put chimichurri on? 👇
