It's time to celebrate! πŸŽ‰πŸ”₯ 44 DAYS COMPLETE... AND I'M ALREADY THINKING ABOUT ROUND TWO! WE DID IT! ❀️ 44 days ago, I said YES to this challenge (the FREQ44 experience) and the launch of our new FIT App. I didn't use the FIT App this time, but it's a great tracker. I started a week late. I could have told myself "I missed the start, why bother?" But I made a commitment to myself... and I decided to take YOU along for the ride! Well, here we are... DAY 44! πŸŽ‰ And you know what? I DON'T WANT THIS TO END! πŸ˜‚β€οΈ Not because every day was easy. Some nights I was posting at 8 PM after a long day, or after a 4-hour drive home. Not because I did everything perfectly. (I missed a day on my girls' trip, and I chose to be present instead of feeling guilty!) But because of what happens when you make a commitment, surround yourself with people who encourage you, and keep showing up. The biggest lesson I'm taking with me? I matter enough to come first on my own to-do list. πŸ’– And one of my favourite parts? GETTING TO SHARE IT ALL WITH YOU! Every like, comment, and message made this experience even more meaningful. Thank you for cheering me on! And now I'm already looking forward to our NEXT FREQ44 experience! Because I have a feeling some of you have been watching and thinking... "I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT WITH YOU!" πŸ˜‚ Well, here's your chance to be FIRST TO KNOW! πŸ’– I'm starting my FREQ44 VIP LIST for the next round! No commitment. Just an opportunity to hear the details when they're announced. πŸ”₯ SAY VIP and I'll make sure you're on the list! 44 DAYS COMPLETE. THE HABITS CONTINUE. AND THE NEXT ADVENTURE IS ALREADY CALLING! β€οΈπŸš€ by @phyllisanorton
❀️ CAN I ASK YOU SOMETHING? For the past 43 days, I've been bringing you along on my challenge! I've shared my daily commitments, my wins, my challenges, and some of the things I've been discovering about myself along the way. And WOW... what an experience it's been! I've learned that I matter enough to come first on my own to-do list. I've surprised myself by showing up every single day, even on the days I was tired, short on time, or wondering if anyone was even watching. And one thing I'm particularly proud of is that I started this journey a week late, and I'm still finishing all 44 days. No shortcuts, no quitting. But today, I'd love to hear from YOU. You've been watching this journey unfold from the other side of the screen. And I'm genuinely curious... What's ONE thing you've enjoyed most about following along with my challenge? ❀️ Maybe it was something I shared, something you noticed, or simply getting a little glimpse into my everyday life. I'd love your honest perspective! πŸ₯° by @phyllisanorton
42 days ago, I was always last on my own list. Not anymore. πŸ’› ❀️ SIX WEEKS AGO, I MADE A COMMITMENT TO MYSELF... And today, I'm celebrating 42 days of this challenge! πŸŽ‰ When I started, I hoped to finally become consistent with showing up and posting every day. But I don't think I fully realized how much I'd learn about myself along the way. I've discovered that I'm much harder on myself than I am on anyone else, and that I've had a lifelong habit of putting myself last. I've had to work through the excuses. Some days the views and comments were low, and I'd tell myself "I don't know what to post," when really I just didn't feel like I was worth the effort that day. And one thing I'm particularly proud of is that I kept showing up anyway. Even after a 4-hour drive home. Even on the days I didn't feel like it. Not every day has gone according to plan. There have been moments when I waited until 8 PM or later to post because everything and everyone else came first. And there was a day on a girls' trip with my high school friends when I missed a post, and I chose to be present instead of feeling guilty. But there have also been moments when I surprised myself! Like getting dressed for my class reunion and realizing I felt proud of the woman looking back at me. And here's something these six weeks have taught me... I matter enough to be first on my own to-do list. πŸ’› I'm realizing that growth isn't always about a dramatic before-and-after. Sometimes it's recognizing that you're responding differently, following through more often, or becoming more aware of the things that used to hold you back. And THAT deserves to be celebrated! ❀️ So here's my question for you... When was the last time you gave yourself credit for something you've accomplished? πŸ₯° Big or small, I'd love to celebrate with you! by @phyllisanorton
❀️ 41 DAYS AGO, I MADE A COMMITMENT TO MYSELF... Getting ready for my class reunion this afternoon, I caught myself thinking about who I was back then... and who I'm choosing to become. When I began this challenge, I wanted to show up and post consistently. But underneath that, what I REALLY wanted was to stop putting myself last. And THAT'S what made it important to me. These past 41 days haven't all been easy. There have been moments when I waited until 8 PM or later to post, because everything and everyone else came first. And days when the views and comments were low, and I told myself "I don't know what to post." But I've also discovered that I'm much harder on myself than I would ever be on anyone else... and that I can choose to show up for me anyway. And today, this little moment reminded me of something... Sometimes the things we're working toward aren't really about the goal itself. They're about what having that goal would make possible in our lives. ❀️ For me, putting myself first is what will make my dream of owning a successful online business a reality. And I'm curious... What motivates you more when you're working toward something? 🎯 REACHING THE GOAL ❀️ THE REASON BEHIND IT by @phyllisanorton
❀️ 40 days ago, I made a decision... and it showed me something about myself I didn't expect. I decided to show up for myself differently. And here I am, 40 days into this challenge! Not every day has looked the same. I've had days when doubting myself won and I didn't show up. I've had moments when I showed up not caring if everything was perfect. And I've learned that I'm a lot harder on myself than I realized... and that I almost always put myself last. But here's something I've been thinking about lately... How often do we tell ourselves we want something, and then quietly put it on the back burner? Not necessarily because we stopped wanting it. Sometimes life gets busy. Sometimes we get distracted. Sometimes we wonder if we're actually capable of making it happen. And sometimes... what we want changes. I've learned that it's worth checking in with ourselves once in a while. ❀️ So here's a little question for you... Is there something you wanted at the beginning of this year that you STILL want today? ❀️ YES β€” and I'm working on it! πŸ’› YES β€” but it's been on the back burner! ✨ NO β€” my priorities have changed! by @phyllisanorton
My late night posts were telling on me. πŸ‘€ ❀️ HERE'S WHAT 39 DAYS HAS TAUGHT ME ABOUT MYSELF... When I started this challenge, I thought the hardest part would be coming up with something to post every day. But here's what I didn't expect... I didn't expect to see myself so clearly. I didn't realize how often I put myself last. And I certainly didn't expect to discover how hard I am on myself. There have been days when I waited until 8 PM or later to make my daily post. Everything else came first, and my post (and me) got whatever was left of the day. Moments when I wanted to skip posting because I wasn't getting many comments or views. And times when I caught myself saying, "I don't know what to post." Honestly? That wasn't true. I had templates. It was just an excuse. But here's what has really stayed with me... When I put my post last, I'm putting myself last. And I've been doing that for a long time. Not because every day has been perfect. Not because I've done everything right. But because I'm starting to recognize something about myself that I hadn't really paid attention to before. And that might be the most valuable part of these 39 days. ❀️ Be honest... Are you sometimes harder on yourself than you are on everyone else? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ by @phyllisanorton
Have you ever wanted something SO badly... and then life just got in the way? πŸ˜‚ Be honest... πŸ˜‚β€οΈ Have you ever said, "I really need to do something about ME"... And then three months went by and you were STILL saying the same thing? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ I HAVE! (Try 20 years! πŸ˜…) For me, it was taking care of myself. For 20 years as an account manager, I showed up and did my job. I kept telling myself I wanted more time and energy for me, but life had a funny way of filling up my days. And here's what I've learned... Sometimes we don't stop wanting something. We just get busy living and put ourselves on the back burner. I'm still learning this! These last few weeks I've shown up and posted every single day, but one (yes, even after a 4-hour drive home), and it reminded me that making time for myself is a choice I get to make every day. That's one reason I love what I'm a part of. Every week, I get to offer the gift of the same experience that has made such a big difference in my life for my energy and confidence to 10 people who have been paying attention, who are curious about what I've been doing, and who have been wondering if this could work for them to have more energy and time for themselves. πŸŽ‰ If you've been curious about what I've been sharing, I'd love to include you in our giveaway! πŸ’› Comment WIN and I'll send you the details. Are you someone who jumps into something new, or do you like to think about it for approximately 47 business days? πŸ˜‚ by @phyllisanorton
What if the thing you THINK you want isn't actually the thing you want most? Have you ever noticed that sometimes what we SAY we want isn't really the whole story? ❀️ We say we want more energy, more time, more confidence, or more freedom. But usually there's something much more meaningful underneath it. For 20 years, I worked as an account manager at an oil company. For a long time, I thought what I wanted was a different job. But when I really thought about WHY, I realized what I wanted was to do work that felt like ME, helping women find their way through big changes the way I had to. It took me 20+ years to get here. And that changed the way I looked at things. Because sometimes it's not about the thing itself. It's about what having that thing would make possible. πŸ’› So I'm curious... If you could have a little MORE of one thing in your life right now, what would you choose? ⚑ ENERGY ❀️ TIME πŸ”₯ CONFIDENCE πŸ’› FREEDOM I'd love to know! by @phyllisanorton
You caught me! Anyone else have something you've been meaning to do for WEEKS... but somehow life keeps getting in the way? πŸ˜‚πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ When I started this challenge, my main goal was to post consistently. And I've been doing it! πŸ™Œ But I also told myself I was going to drink more water and set a standard bedtime with a real sleep routine. Yeah... I haven't gotten to either one. πŸ˜‚ Every night I tell myself, "I'll get to that tomorrow!" One thing this challenge has been reminding me is that good intentions don't always turn into action on their own. Sometimes we need a little reminder, a little encouragement, or simply a reason to start again. I started this challenge a week late, so I still have one more week to go, and I WILL finish all 44 days! πŸ’ͺ Maybe this week is my reason to start again with that water bottle and that bedtime. πŸ’§πŸ˜΄ Be honest... are you a DO IT NOW person, or an I'LL GET TO IT TOMORROW person? πŸ˜‚β€οΈ I'll admit mine in the comments! by @phyllisanorton
Home Sweet Home Anyone else really good at noticing what you HAVEN'T done yet... and completely forgetting to celebrate what you HAVE? πŸ˜‚β€οΈ Over the past five weeks, I've been challenging myself to be more consistent and to actually make time for ME. That's something I've never been very good at. After counseling didn't work for me, I started reading and listening to self-care books, and that's really where this journey began. And here's something I'm proud of... I've been showing up. Every day. Even the day I got home from a 4-hour drive and all I wanted was my couch, I still showed up. πŸ™Œ But here's the part that surprised me. On my girls' trip to Blue Ridge with three of my high school friends, I missed a day. Five weeks ago I would have felt so guilty about that. This time I didn't. I put my phone down, rode the Scenic Railway, laughed with my friends, and just enjoyed being there. Being present was the win. Is everything perfect? Nope! πŸ˜‚ But I'm learning that progress doesn't always look like a huge transformation. Sometimes it's simply realizing you're doing something today that you weren't doing five weeks ago. Your turn! What's ONE little thing you did this week that deserves a HIGH FIVE? πŸ™Œβ€οΈ Big or small, it counts! by @phyllisanorton
Can we talk about how easy it is to put ourselves at the bottom of our own priority list? ❀️ One thing I've been learning over these past few weeks is that time with the people who fill my heart isn't a luxury. It's part of taking care of me. Before this journey, I often let busy days crowd out the friendships that matter most. I'd tell myself "we'll get together soon," and soon kept slipping away. Now I'm making a conscious effort to say yes to the moments that refresh me. This weekend that looked like traveling with 3 of my high school girlfriends to Blue Ridge, GA. πŸš‚ We rode the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, one hour to McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN, two hours of shopping, and one hour back. Four hours of catching up, laughing, and even making new friends along the way. And here's what surprised me... I missed posting yesterday. No WiFi in our cabin, and honestly, I was too busy enjoying my friends to notice. The old me would have felt guilty about that. This time I felt grateful, because being fully present with them was exactly what I needed. I'm realizing that making time for ourselves doesn't always require a huge life overhaul. Sometimes it starts with one little decision we choose to repeat. What's that ONE thing you keep promising yourself you'll make time for... but somehow tomorrow keeps winning? πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ by @phyllisanorton
Anyone else find it challenging to get consistent? One thing I've been working on throughout this challenge is consistency. Today that looked like driving 4 hours home from a last minute family getaway and still showing up for myself by making this post. It may seem like a little thing, but for me it's helping me build more confidence, let go of the guilt I used to feel about putting myself first, and keep showing up even on the days I don't feel like it. And honestly, I was tired when I got home. And instead of resting, I had to jump right into washing clothes so I could pack for a girls' weekend in the Smoky Mountains. Skipping today would have been easy. But I chose to show up for me anyway. On a scale of 1–10, how consistent are you with making time for YOURSELF? ❀️ 1 = It rarely happens 10 = It's a daily non-negotiable! by @phyllisanorton
