#146 of 250.

Forbes just named America's most successful living veterans. I made the list.

One line above me: the man who ran NASA.

Here is what makes it land. Forbes didn't rank our service. They ranked what we built after it.

22 years in the U.S. Army. Then a cybersecurity company built to defend the country I served.

Same mission. New terrain.

To every veteran starting over right now — the skills transfer. All of them.

Grateful. Covered. Blessed. ❤️

Today, I’m filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the life, love, and blessings that surround me.

I don’t just see another birthday—I see another year of God’s grace, love, mercy, protection, and favor. I see every prayer He answered, every door He opened, every lesson He taught me, and every moment He carried me when I didn’t know how I would make it through.

My life is not perfect, but it is deeply blessed. I am grateful for the people who love me, the purpose that continues to call me higher, and the privilege of waking up each day with another opportunity to live, love, serve, and make a difference.

This new year of life, I’m celebrating more than my birthday. I’m celebrating the goodness of God and the beautiful journey He has allowed me to experience.

Chapter 64: Grateful, growing, glowing—and still covered by His amazing grace. ❤️🙏🏾 by @phyllisnewhouse

Hey Family ❤️

It’s my birthday, and Hervia gave me the gift that undid me a little.

A snapshot of this past year — not the stages or the headlines, but the real stuff. The laughing in hotel lobbies. Getting dressed up and getting dressed down. Football Sundays. Karaoke in the dining room. My people, in all the small moments I didn’t even realize someone was capturing.

That’s the thing about a full life — you’re so busy living it, you forget how beautiful it looks from the outside. Thank you, Hervia, for showing me.

Another year older, and my heart is full. Grateful for every person in these frames and every one who’s walked this year with me. 🎂🤍 by @phyllisnewhouse

— “You don’t forget the moment you stand before a King who carries centuries on his shoulders.”

Three days of unbelievable impact with two dear friends: Omenaa Mensah and Rafał Brzoska, the founders of TOP CHARITY.

In five short years, they’ve built the most significant philanthropic platform in this part of the world — and the real genius is what they build: bridges. Between countries. Between cultures. Between Africa and Europe. This year, that bridge ran straight to Ghana. 🌍

And what an honor to meet His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, King of the Asante Kingdom — on his first historic visit to Poland as Guest of Honor. To stand before a leader carrying centuries of legacy, speaking about rebuilding ties between continents in a spirit of respect and shared responsibility — that’s a memory I’ll carry for life.

I didn't fail out of talent.I just didn't have an operating system. After 22 years in the military, building a cybersecurity company, sitting on public boards, and investing in 15+ companies — I realized every big move I made came down to 5 decisions. Not goals. Not motivation. Decisions.Swipe through to see all 5 →These are the decisions I still run on. Every deal. Every boardroom. Every investment.Save this if you're building something that matters.💡 Want the full framework?DM me "POWER" and I'll send you the first drop from The Power OS Briefing — my private broadcast channel where I share the operating system behind everything I build.#PowerOS #Leadership #Strategy #WomenInBusiness #CEO #Veteran #Entrepreneur #OperatingSystem #MindsetShift #ExecutiveLeadership #BoardDirector #Cybersecurity #MilitaryVeteran #WomenWhoLead #BuildDifferent by @phyllisnewhouse

"Some doors open because of what you've built.
Some doors open because of who cares and shares with you.
My soul sister @kandi opened a door I didn't even know I was standing in front of — and because of her, I'm now a Broadway co-producer. 🎭
Joe Turner's Come and Gone. August Wilson. Taraji P. Henson. Cedric the Entertainer. Directed by Debbie Allen. On Broadway right now. This is a must see.
This isn't just a production. It's August Wilson's masterpiece about identity, resilience, and reclaiming your power. On the biggest stage in the world.
I built a cybersecurity company. I served 22 years in the Army. I sit on public boards. I invest in defense technology.
And now I have a co-producer credit on Broadway.
Because I have a true soul sister who saw something in me and said come with me.
That is the power of sisterhood. That is the power of the right network. That is the power of women who pour into each other without keeping score.
Kadi — I adore who you are and the swim lane you are creating for yourself and others. I am forever grateful. And I am so deeply blessed by the wonder of what we share. 🙏🏾❤️🎭
