If I had to describe my style of teaching Yoga, I would call it free style. I’m not attached to any one tradition that sets any rigid rules. I have come to understand that there is a perfect process for each individual, no matter what age, weight, or fitness level, and honoring that is more important than adhering to one narrow and rigid path. I follow the natural laws of the body, which dictate balance and counterbalance, control and surrender, pose and repose, modification and acceleration. You will get all the benefits of the more traditional methods while still leaving room for creativity and fun!! 😉 everyone can do Yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ #yoga #poweryoga #vinyasa #yogapractice #breathe #namaste🙏 by @pialatesyoga

MINDSET is where the rubber meets the road. Taken a step further, mental toughness is what determines whether someone will dig deep and work through hardships to succeed, or simply claim defeat. It includes exercising courage, sustaining effort over long periods and leveraging self-talk to move through each pivotal phase, before ultimately accomplishing the underlying goal.

Are you ready to command your results? If so, make a conscious decision to master your mindset and reach for greater success in the new year and beyond. #whatyouthinkyoubecome #mindset #lawofattraction #behum by @pialatesyoga

💛Mission Accomplished at the Bjorklundon “Yes, You Can!” Yoga-Pilates Immersion Seminar💛😊

🙏Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tom McKenzie, the director of Bjorklundon, for welcoming me into this beautiful, safe space. It has been an honor to be here. This three-day retreat has been an extraordinary experience, guiding participants as they moved their bodies and pursued their fitness goals at their own levels.

💛The greatest reward for me was witnessing the joy and satisfaction on everyone’s faces following our sessions. It was truly inspiring to see such dedication, with participants committing to three-hour sessions each day for the entire event. Whether or not you could make it through every session, know that you are amazing just for showing up and taking steps towards something great for yourself.

💛I am already looking forward to seeing all of you again next year. Keep up the fantastic work—your determination and positivity are among the reasons I am passionate about what I do.

🙏I’d also like to express my sincere thanks to the incredible kitchen team. Every meal was delicious, and I savored each bite. I especially appreciated how you thoughtfully incorporated protein into the dishes. Your culinary talents significantly enhanced this experience, and I’m truly grateful for all your hard work. Thank you! by @pialatesyoga
