There’s a particular kind of relief that comes from knowing your home isn’t just being kept. It’s being led. Maintenance scheduled before something breaks. The right vendors vetted, coordinated, and overseen on site, so you’re not fielding the calls. A renovation or move managed start to finish. Travel planned and the household cared for while you’re away. And underneath it all, the everyday details handled too: the pantry in order, the reservations confirmed, the seasonal shift made before you think to ask.

That’s the work we do at Pickett Concierge.

We’re a team of home and lifestyle managers serving busy families and professionals across Raleigh, and we operate less like an assistant and more like the steady leadership behind a well run home. We oversee the systems, the vendors, the calendar, and the daily rhythm, anticipating what’s coming so your home stays a step ahead rather than catching up.

I founded Pickett Concierge after more than two decades managing my own family’s home and logistics, because I’ve seen what a well led home gives the people in it. Today, our whole team carries that same standard of discretion, stewardship, and genuine care into every home we serve.

Simplify your life. Amplify your time.

If your home could use a trusted hand at the helm, we’d love to talk. A complimentary consultation is the best place to start. Just tap the link in bio.

Fall is handled. Thanksgiving is next.

Pickett Concierge is a home and lifestyle management company in Raleigh. We lead the household, the vendors, and the seasonal work of a home for a small number of families in the Triangle.

As the weather turned this fall, the homes in our care were prepared for it.

The fall heating service is complete, with filters changed on each home’s schedule. Fireplaces were inspected and gas logs serviced before the first fire of the year. Windows, patios, and porches were washed by our trusted vendors, and the outdoor upholstery cleaned by a fabric specialist, so those spaces can be enjoyed now that the evenings are cool enough to sit outside. Every home’s landscaper has confirmed weekly leaf cleanup through the season, and the gutter clearing is scheduled for after the last leaves fall. Under the willow oaks, that usually means December.

Now the attention turns to Thanksgiving. The housekeeper scheduled to ready guest rooms and baths ahead of arrivals. Turkey, butcher and bakery orders reserved early. Rentals, catering, or a private chef arranged for the families who would like them. A fall porch refreshed so it still looks right when guests arrive.

This is the difference between a Home & Lifestyle Manager and a list of things to be done.

You have one manager, week after week, who knows your house, your vendors, and how your family likes things done. Behind her is a team she plans with and calls on when a project asks for more than one pair of hands. The relationship stays with one person. The thinking behind it is shared.

Every home we lead has its own fall and holiday calendar. We lead a limited number of homes, and if you would like one built for yours, we would be glad to talk.

There is a quiet difference between a home that is managed and a home that is simply kept.

Membership means the details are anticipated before they are noticed. The vendors are coordinated. The pantry is stocked. The systems are tended. And your time comes back to you.

This is Home & Lifestyle Management, and it is intentionally limited so that every family we serve is served well.

If your home is ready for this kind of stewardship, and your days for this kind of ease, we would welcome the conversation. Inquiries at pickettconcierge.com.

The most organized Raleigh families we know still feel August tighten its grip. Orientation dates, physicals, a supply list that grows every time the school email pings. It all lands in the same few weeks.

For the families we serve, that stretch arrives differently. By the time it shows up, the plan is already in place. The appointments booked, the lists built, the fall mapped out before anyone’s looking for a backpack.

That’s the quiet part of what we do: the season doesn’t sneak up, because our team has been watching the calendar alongside you all along.

We’ve shared how we approach it in full over on our blog, Handled. And if this is the year you’d rather hand it off than hold it all, we’d love to talk. Link in bio.

The best day we have is the one you never notice at all.

Some days it’s picking up the dry cleaning, bringing it home, and hanging it exactly where it goes, off the plastic and onto your own hangers.

Some days it’s noticing the essentials are running low and having them restocked before you ever have to ask.

Some days it’s signing for a delivery, unpacking it, putting everything away, and recycling the box before it ever reaches your counter.

Some days it’s just making sure the kitchen’s put back together before you walk into it.

Simplify your life. Amplify your time.

A few months ago, we shared a look inside this North Hills home — an oasis built for gathering, and one our team at Pickett Concierge has had the privilege of caring for.

Part of providing turnkey household management is supporting our clients through every season and transition. Starting today, select art, furnishings, and pieces from the home’s collection are now being offered through Leland Little Auctions — including several you’ll spot in this very room.

If you appreciate fine craftsmanship and beautifully kept things, this collection is worth your time. Tap the link in our bio to explore it, and with gratitude to the family for allowing us to be part of this home’s care.

You wouldn’t run a business without an operations team—so why manage your home alone?

High-pressure workdays, vendor calls, grocery runs, family schedules… the invisible mental load of keeping life running after 5 PM is exhausting.

Executive-level home management isn’t a luxury; it’s a smart strategy to buy back your time.

By the time you walk in, it’s already done — and you’d never guess how many small things “done” required.

The hydrangeas watered before they wilted in the heat. The pantry restocked and reset so the week runs itself. The quiet, standing rhythm of a home that’s cared for whether or not anyone’s watching.

This is the part of the work you rarely see. It’s also the part that keeps a home running beautifully, season after season.

For us, proactive care isn’t a list we check off. It’s how we lead a home — anticipating what’s next and tending to it before it ever becomes your problem.

If your home could use that kind of steadiness heading into fall, we’d love to talk.

Simplify your life. Amplify your time.

You don’t just gain our team. You gain everyone we trust.

Some of the most valuable work we do happens long before you ever have a need. Over the years, we’ve built relationships with the people who help care for the homes we lead, and we’ve held every one of them to the same standard we hold ourselves. They know how we work. They know the quality we expect. And they hold it as their own.

What that means for you is simple: fair pricing, honest scope, and no one charging for work you don’t need. When you don’t know a trade well, it’s hard to tell whether you’re being taken care of or taken advantage of. Making sure you’re always cared for is a real part of our role.

Whether it’s the window cleaner, the electrician, or a private chef for a weekend you want to be just right, the person we’d turn to is usually someone we already trust.

You don’t inherit a list of names. You inherit the trust behind them, and the standard we hold every one to.
For the families we partner with, this is simply part of a Pickett Concierge membership, in place from the day we begin.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a quote was fair or a repair was truly necessary, that’s exactly the kind of thing we’re here to handle.

Simplify your life. Amplify your time.

Two hundred and fifty years of freedom worth celebrating. 🇺🇸

There’s a quiet moment that tells you your home is actually being managed.

It’s when the HVAC gets serviced and you only find out because it’s already done. When the vendor shows up, does the work to standard, and leaves, and the first you hear of it is a note that says Handled.

That’s the line between help and management. Help waits for your direction. Management carries the responsibility, so the questions stop routing back to you.

Inside a well run home, you’re kept informed. You’re no longer the one involved.

If your home still feels like it needs you to be the final point person, that’s worth a conversation.

Most of the work that keeps a home running smoothly is never seen.

Vendor appointments confirmed.
Maintenance scheduled.
Errands handled.
Calendars aligned.
Guests welcomed.

When everything feels easy, it’s not accidental.
It’s the result of thoughtful, behind-the-scenes household management.

This caricature made me smile because it captures the heart of what Pickett Concierge does every day—quietly supporting the families we serve so their lives can move forward with ease.

The goal was never visibility.
The goal was always ease.
