ATHLETE PERSPECTIVE ⚾️

“What got me through wasn’t strength. It was surrender.”

Baseball player Pierce George shares how injuries, grief, and unanswered questions challenged his identity and tested his faith.

When the game you love is taken away, it can be hard to remember who you are without it. Pierce’s story is a reminder that our worth was never found in our performance, and God is still present even in the seasons that don’t make sense.

Your identity is bigger than your sport. Your purpose is bigger than your performance. And God isn’t done writing your story.

Share this with an athlete who needs this reminder, and follow for more faith and sport! by @piercegeorge11

👀 What happens when the White Sox’s No. 13 prospect gets a stack of packs and a room full of teammates?

@piercegeorge11 and the Birmingham Barons put their luck to the test, chasing teammates, chasing monsters… and maybe even a Shohei Ohtani! 🤯⚾️

Did they pull one of their own? Or did baseball’s biggest superstar make an appearance? You’ll have to watch to find out! 👀🔥
