Douglas Magazine asked me to write about a business lesson I learned from watching @taylorswift work with @teganandsara. Find out why homemade jam was the real star of the story at my link in bio. by @piershenwood

Just as we should exercise our bodies, we should exercise our creativity. So why do we applaud business executives for running marathons, but question them for creative pursuits like painting or playing music?

It’s time we give creative exercise the same respect as physical exercise. Read my latest guest column for @douglas_magazine where I explore this double standard, and the power of committing to what I call lifelong creative exercise. Link in bio.

Last weekend we were back on stage together for the first time in 14 years, and we’re still processing the highlights!

Thanks to @joe.thatsoundguy for mixing us, and thanks to all the wonderful crew at the @commodoreballroom for making our return so smooth. ❤️ by @piershenwood

Thanks to our fans, family, and friends for making our return to stage this weekend at the @commodoreballroom so memorable. ❤️ by @piershenwood

Night one of our return to the stage at the @commodoreballroom is in the books. Huge thanks to everyone who welcomed us back and to @5440official for making it possible. More video and behind the scenes to come after night two tonight. ❤️ by @piershenwood

Our new archive album, featuring 6 previously unreleased songs and other rarities from 2009 to 2012, arrives this Friday alongside our return to stage at the @commodoreballroom.

“Directions - Rarities and Demos, Vol. 2” will be available on all streaming platforms, and many of the songs were written before streaming even existed. Imagine that!

Heading for the @commodoreballroom with @5440official this Fri Oct 9 and Sat Oct 10. Doors at 7pm and we’re on at 8pm. Very limited tickets left. One last rehearsal to dust ourselves off. 🤞 by @piershenwood

Male model alert. Visit us at the @commodoreballroom merch table next weekend (Oct 9+10) for a new printing of this vintage t-shirt. Apparently we were ahead of the curve on not needing vowels. by @piershenwood

Directions - Rarities and Demos, Vol. 2 lands in two weeks. by @piershenwood

We’re very excited to announce a second new retrospective album from our band archives: “Directions - Rarities and Demos, Vol. 2” will feature 11 tracks, including 6 never before heard songs from 2010-2012.

The album will arrive to streaming on October 9, the same day we step back on stage for the first time in over a decade at the @commodoreballroom in Vancouver. Gulp! by @piershenwood
