current schedule 💫 by @pilates.with.alex

Hi I am Alex

🌀I work as a freelance dancer, artist and pilates and yoga teacher in Munich

🌀I teach dynamic pilates classes which include elements of yoga and are influenced by my background in dance

🌀but I also teach dance classes @soft.waves.movement and @flow__era floorwork on thursdays at @mo.du.lar.studio

🌀on fridaya we Flow in Yoga classes @hairu_studio

🌀I believe that any form of activity and sports should be an act of self care for your body which sometimes also means to rest

🌀I believe in classes where we find a sense of community, say hi to other people in the room and where we generate energy together

🌀I want you to be soft and find strength in it, stay curious and let us grow together
