I love playing around with getting in and out of cat walkover! There are so many fun, acrobatic things you can do on the trapeze table that really bring me back to my days as a young girl in gymnastics 🥰. I could spend forever just flipping around on here 🤸🏼‍♀️ Here’s a little snippet of my playing after hours 📸

🎃 HAPPY HALLOWEEN WEEK!! 👻🧡

We’re getting into the spooky spirit at @clubpilatesviera, and I’ll be in the studio teaching all weekend! 🥰 Come get your movement in with me before all the Halloween festivities, and don’t forget to dress up if you’re in the spirit - I will be on Saturday!

🎟️ We’re hosting a Halloween raffle! If you’re dressed up and taking class, look for the orange bucket and raffle tickets nearby. Fill one out after your class for a chance to win some treats! 🎃

👻 A little Halloween fun at the studio! We’ll have a treat table set up at the front desk later this week, so make sure to grab something sweet after class 🍬

Whether you’re a regular at the studio or have been wanting to try Pilates, we’d love to see you! 💙 Check out the @clubpilatesviera schedule to find a class that works for you, and come move with us this weekend!

Hope to see some familiar faces (and costumes 😉) in the studio! 🧡👻 by @pilates.with.bellariffone
