Pause.
Breathe.
Adjust your crown.
Proceed.

Just handle it. Spring is coming.
Keep lifting out of your crown. 🤍🧿

Rain or shine, it’s London time.
Another exquisite visit,
told in a frame of gold.*

Plenty of art, dance and pilates.
Plenty to see, some over and over again.
Like training, again and again and…repeat.

Short or long, let your weekend be strong.
Stretching your mind and body is essential to avoid rigidity. Fly.

Training is not an expense,
but an investment in yourself.
Sometimes you just need to go through the door.

Reach
as high as you can,
and then reach a little higher.
There you will find magic and possibility
And maybe even more … ✨

Beliefs don’t change facts.
Facts, if one is rational, should change beliefs.

Art is a hidden doorway that can change people’s emotions.

There is no limit to what you can do.
A new year full of things that have never been.
Whatever happens, keep moving!🤍🧿

The end of the year is a time to celebrate:

▫️the lessons we’ve learned,
▫️the growth we’ve experienced,
▫️the memories we’ve made.

Year’s end is neither an end
nor a beginning,
it’s a going on,

with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us.

Guten Rutsch!✨🎄🍀

Dancing is like dreaming with your feet.
If you stumble, make it part of the choreography.
When you dance, you can enjoy the luxury of being you.

No need trying to dance better than anyone else,
only try to dance better than yourself.
🤍🧿

The Sea -
There is a blessing in the storm. Sit tight.

The Tree -
A tree doesn’t compete with the trees around it.
Stay true in the dark & humble in the spotlight.
Where there is humility, there is wisdom.

There has to be at least one day of the year to remind us that we’re here for something else besides ourselves.

Happy Christmas to you all!🎄

A moment to pause and say thank you: 🙏🏻

▫️ to all my clients and students for this year.
I saw beautiful trees, from new growth to a strong crown and beyond.

▫️ to all my great trainers who made me dive deeper & encourage me during every training session.

▫️ to my dear people & colleagues, keep it alive!

Take this time to relax, reflect, slow down and enjoy the simple things.

The Mountain (at first view) -
Climb the mountain not to plant your flag,
but so you can see the world,
not so the world can see you.

The Sea -
Storms draw something out of us
that calm seas don’t.
