Our liege waffles are made from a brioche dough, not a liquid batter. The dough is enriched with butter, eggs, and pearl sugar that caramelizes in the cast iron waffle iron we use. Try a new glaze with the change of the seasons. by @pinecoffeesupply

New coffees are live on our site. FUN - 18, a berry medley, & FUN - 19, a tropical splash. These two new coffees taste like summer.

The photo art card captures the Snake River near the Idaho/Wyoming boarder and Astoria Hot Springs.

Happy 9th Anniversary to PINE! by @pinecoffeesupply

Did you know that on the back of each art card that comes with each coffee is a tasting chart so you can interact and journal your experience. This is a great way to grow your palette at any point in your coffee loving journey. Cody enjoyed FUN-08 and encountered a “fruity” aroma, a “berry” & “floral” taste, a “lively” acidity, and a “juicy” mouthfeel.

Our newest coffee drop (FUN - 16) is an anaerobic natural process from Peru with tasting notes of peach rings, strawberry, and brown sugar.

Our image for this coffee comes from Lunch Counter on the Snake River in Wyoming not far from the Idaho boarder. At the end of spring and the beginning of summer, this rapid is a great surf spot.

A simple cup of coffee. The importance of ritual that gets us out of bed. What we look forward to after a job is done and it’s time for a break. Whether enjoyed alone in the quiet or together over conversation, the delight is pined for. The moment seems to fortify and ground the day. A simple cup of coffee. by @pinecoffeesupply
