‘I prithee (and I’ll pay thee bounteously)
Conceal me what I am, and be my aid
For such disguise as haply shall become
The form of my intent.
…What else may hap, to time I will commit;
Only shape thy silence to my wit.’

We adore working with our friend and incredible actor, Claire Atkins. 💛 You may remember her from Roller Coaster Gold Coast, or more recently, our jet-ski riding lone swimmer in High Tide!

Claire speaks openly about why access, social cohesion and belonging matter so much, and how creative experiences can bring people together.
Stay to the end to hear Claire’s thoughts on why this work is so important in Australia right now.

This AusArts Giving Day, help us keep creating experiences for everybody. Every donation helps us make art, build connection and create spaces where everyone belongs.

🌳 NORTHERN RIVERS SHAKESPEARE IMMERSIVE 🌳

Join me in the Northern Rivers for a two-day retreat dedicated to exploring and performing Shakespeare’s writing.

Drawing on the work of my mentor, Professor Patsy Rodenburg OBE (Emeritus Head of Voice at the Royal Shakespeare Company), and my own research and practice, we’ll explore clear, practical tools for analysing Shakespeare’s writing in action and performing it with potent authenticity.

You’ll work in an ensemble of supportive peers to explore the movement and colour of Shakespeare’s language, and have an opportunity to present your speech and receive one-on-one feedback and coaching.

Expect a process that is focused, inquisitive and empowering.

The Northern Rivers Shakespeare Immersive hosted at @thedrilltheatrecompany is an opportunity it’s to explore the works of one of the world’s most iconic writers, and to discover how to perform them with power and presence.

Open to all levels and backgrounds: actors, singers, directors, teachers, lawyers, public speakers, or anyone curious about speaking with greater ease and gravitas.

10% Early Bird Discount available on all bookings until December 1 2026.

I’m whoring hard in the gym this World Menopause Day! (No that’s not a typo.) And while I’ve added advice about women’s gym attire (see point 4), my advice to women this World Menopause Day is essentially the same:

💪🏼 CHASE muscle and BUILD your bone density like a MOFO!

🤓 GET EDUCATED about the health impacts that come from living without your hormones – especially on joints, bones, and muscles – and the ways you can replace declining hormones with body identical hormones.

🗓️ Make an APPOINTMENT with a GP who is a Menopause specialist. You don’t have to wait until your period has stopped. If you don’t feel like yourself, you can see them now.

🙄 And WEAR whatever the hell you want in the gym. Whore hard! 💪🏼

“Finally will it not be enough,
after much living, after
much love, after much dying
of those you have loved,
to sit on the porch near sundown
with your eyes simply open,
watching the wind shape the clouds
into the shapes of clouds?
Even then you will remember
the history of love, shaped
in the shapes of flesh, ever-changing
as the clouds that pass, the blessed
yearning of the body for body,
unending light. You will remember, watching
the clouds, the future of love.”
