Appreciation post: Thank you FALKE SA Many needs. One solution. FALKE. Tired legs try their super soft FALKE Vitalizer compression socks. Cold winter mornings try the super convenient arm protectors. Over thinker, journal. Still have unmet needs, go for a run or walk in FALKES hidden dry lite socks and for an added clear conscious…..made in beautiful South Africa. Felt like I tucked myself into 400 thread count Egyptian cotton when I pulled those socks and arm protectors on. #falkesa #falke #exercise #54 by @pinnie_tigerlily
They say the Tankwa Karoo is not a place… it’s a feeling. And boy, what a feeling. I embraced the healthy dose of madness I was blessed with and walked 90km in the Tankwa last weekend. On Thursday, Venette and I decided that 42.2 in the Karoo rhyme… so we casually walked an entirely unplanned marathon in this incredible place. Big skies, dusty shoes, tired legs and the kind of adventure that fills parts of your soul you forgot were running on empty. Turns out a little madness, inspirational women and the Tankwa Karoo are a dangerous combination… in the very best way. #tankwa #hike #grateful #nature by @pinnie_tigerlily
Some hikes change your mood. This one changed my molecules. The Panorama Route in Jonkershoek — where the mountains flirt with the clouds, the sun shows off, the rain makes a dramatic entrance, and the birds provide the soundtrack. We walked through sunshine. We walked through mist. We walked through rain that smelled like brand new beginnings. There’s something about hearing rain hit the earth while standing on a mountain that rearranges your insides in the best possible way. Grateful for legs that carry, lungs that breathe deep, skies that perform, and humans who make the climb sweeter. #hike #epic #grateful #adventure #54 by @pinnie_tigerlily

Ripple… as in water ripple, not XRP :-) My solo Beaverlac camping trip has become a fond tradition. I hike, meander from one rock pool to the next, pimp my braai broodjie, read, listen to the birds, stargaze, talk to strangers and reset my sub conscious mind. It is Bliss on a whole other level. This was the ripple in one of the streams I cooled off in while reading. #ripple #camping #nature #water #grateful by @pinnie_tigerlily

Hermanus, Voëlklip beach. Trip down memory lane. Hermanus magic, mountain climbs with my dad and sisters, sunburnt noses, heart full of memories. 7 year old me took a tumble, earned myself stitches and a piggyback all the way down 💛#hermanus #voelklip #ocean #sunset #memories #grateful by @pinnie_tigerlily
