This Filipino American History Month, we are also celebrating our continuing dream of making our little kitchen a part of Fil-Am history, too. Not because Pinoy Sa-Wrap has a claim to some enormous historical significance. But because history is also made by ordinary immigrants, families, workers and small-business owners who come here, build something, employ people, feed their neighborhoods, introduce traditions to people outside their culture, and leave something for the next generation. Sana makasama namin kayo hanggang sa dulo ng ating kuwento. Mabuhay at mahal namin kayo! 🇵🇭🤎🧄 #FAHM #viganlongganisa #lumpianada #carsonfirst&only #ilocanokami by @pinoysa_wrap
Before anything else, I’d like to take this chance to thank everyone who lined up for our LUMPIAnada last week. We had a day where we hit 300+ pieces of lumpianada and it was craaaazyyy! 🤪 But that also means a long wait time for most during our rush hours. We are trying to come up with creative solutions so the wait is not as long so bear with us while we make it better for everyone. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and see you at the store! #LUMPIAnada #ilocosempanada #viganlongganisa #pinoysawrap #carsoneats by @pinoysa_wrap
What you don’t see behind the scene making your favorite LUMPIAnadas: 👀 ✨ Daily prep. 💪 Heavy lifting. ⏱️ Long hours. And a team that pushes through high-stress service together. 🤎 It’s not easy. But it’s worth it when we sell out and hear, “Ang sarap!” Thank you for supporting our small business run with passion, intention and heart! #LUMPIAnada #ilocosempanada #viganlongganisa #pinoysawrap #carsoneats by @pinoysa_wrap

Why are these nice people singing happy birthday for me? For this year’s Halloween, which was also my birthday, we got booked for a private live cooking lumpianada experience which we said yes to despite usually reserving that special day to celebrate at home. But Miss Jeanne was so sweet and I just got that easy feeling for her request that I had to say yes. So off we went to their Halloween party and they welcomed us to their home with such graciousness. When they heard that it was my birthday, they spontaneously began singing for me, and even offered a slice of cake and prayed over me and our business. This is one of those times when I believe we are doing the right thing. We make sacrifices for the business and in turn we receive these wonderful favors. And for that I am grateful. 🙏🙏🙏 #lumpianada #livecookingexperience #ilocanokami #catering by @pinoysa_wrap
