Go out there and get active with others!….. It’s okay to do things on your own that’s fine! But the power in community and growing with others is stronger than you know. Love y’all stay active and attractive! #running #realistic #motivation #churchonthemove by @pitodaguyo_
Blessed to be able to do things because I can not because I need too 😂 …my pops said it would be crazy if I ran to his house for coffee..had show him how much I love him and his coffee…also he tried to play with me and ask if I parked the car around the block 😭😭 STAY ACTIVE & ATTRACTIVE 🫲🏼🫲🏼🙅🏻‍♂️ #running #halfmarathonprep #motivation #realistic #coffeelovers by @pitodaguyo_
What I’ve learned on my running journey is….you will set a lot of unrealistic goals for yourself and that’s okay! That’s honestly the point of it…lol hear me out..set the goal so high that even if you fall short you still land where you never thought you will be!- love y’all stay active and attractive! 🫲🏼🫲🏼🙅🏻‍♂️#movtivation #running #churchonthemove #halfmarathonprep #realistic by @pitodaguyo_
