What does my faith have to do with how I run my business? Everything. ๐Ÿ™ There is no business without my faith. There is no PJ Crescenzo without my faith. Without it, everything I do would be ego, selfishness, and pride. Faith is what lets me lead as a servant โ€” to drop to my knees, go to the altar, get in the Word, and lift up the burdens and responsibilities of this business in prayer. I have a Partner in this business, and His name is God. I donโ€™t have to do it all alone. And yes โ€” sometimes my pride gets in the way. Iโ€™m human, I fall short. But when I wake up and set the vision for what I want to accomplish in this industry, I remember: everything is in partnership with God. โ€œSeek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.โ€ โ€” Matthew 6:33 One of my favorite quotes, from Mark Batterson: โ€œIf your goals arenโ€™t big enough that they require divine intervention to accomplish them, then your goals are too small.โ€ My faith doesnโ€™t just influence my business. My faith runs my business. How does your faith show up in your work? Drop it in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡ #FaithAndBusiness #ChristianEntrepreneur #KingdomBusiness #ServantLeadership #AtlantaRealEstate by @pjcrez3
Atlanta real estate โ€” this oneโ€™s for you. ๐Ÿ™๏ธ On November 12th, Iโ€™m hosting a canโ€™t-miss night at Grow Stack Drive HQ with my friend @kenjoslin โ€” an evening of conversation, collaboration, and mastermind-level connection. Kenโ€™s done over $350M in real estate transactions, and his message is simple: every time you level up, itโ€™s through a relationship. Your proximity determines how high you climb. ๐ŸŽ Weโ€™re giving away 50 signed copies of Kenโ€™s new book, 14 Frequencies of Proximity. Spots are limited โ€” link in bio to save yours. Canโ€™t wait to see you there. Letโ€™s go! ๐Ÿ”ฅ #AtlantaRealEstate #AtlantaRealtor #RealtorLife #RealEstateNetworking #MortgageBroker NorthAtlanta Proximity EntrepreneurLife by @pjcrez3

Atlanta real estate + AI. The room was full for a reason. The tools are changing fast, but the fundamentals arenโ€™t. Speed, trust, and solving problems still win deals. Agents and buyers, comment โ€œWINโ€ and letโ€™s talk about how we close more together. by @pjcrez3
A day in the life of a Top 40 Under 40 mortgage lender. 4:20 a.m. wake up. Prayer. Scripture. Vision. Gym. Menโ€™s breakfast. Team meeting. Charity golf. Sales calls. VIP partners. Back to the office. Family dinner. Fire with the kids. Sโ€™mores. Bible time with Joseph. Then a little time with Mom and Dad after the kids are asleep. 17 hours. One day. And the goal isnโ€™t to be busy. Itโ€™s to be intentional with every hour God gives you. Build the business. Serve the people. Lead the team. Show up for your family. Keep becoming the man youโ€™re called to be. Then wake up tomorrow and do it again. ๐Ÿ’ช by @pjcrez3

Put the phone down. Get in the room. Buckhead Investors Dinner on Tuesday. A private home, real people, and conversations you can't have in a DM. Thank you Seo Capital Group for hosting and the Crescenzo Team for sponsoring. More ways to connect than ever, fewer real connections. That's why I build @getnetworked. Team C is growing & we couldnโ€™t be more excited to welcome the newest addition to the team!!! Season debut: Jan 2027 ๐Ÿผ THANK YOU, LORD! by @pjcrez3
Excited to launch our new ad featuring my favorite little girl! โค๏ธ We had fun putting this one together ๐Ÿ˜‚ But reallyโ€”we make creative financing simple enough that a toddler could understand it. Have a buyer who wasnโ€™t approved for the budget they need? A loan that got declined? Shoot me a DM or text my personal cell: 843.813.6745. Letโ€™s build a plan to put the deal back together and get it closed. We Care. We Communicate. We Close. โ€ผ๏ธ by @pjcrez3
Honored to sponsor the client appreciation event for @shaneseo x @imtimstone! These guys are doing something special across multiple industries. Excited to see whatโ€™s in store for 2027! Nothing beats the power of being in the room with the right people. Youโ€™re one relationship away from taking your business to the next level. Growth is always uncomfortable. Start before youโ€™re ready. ๐Ÿค by @pjcrez3
The older I get, the more I realize that apart from God, no good thing exists. Heโ€™s a part of it all. The smallest wins. The smallest blessings. Lord, thank You for all of it. Iโ€™m not strong enough. Iโ€™m not smart enough. Iโ€™m not talented enough. Not to build, lead, grow, or become everything Iโ€™m called to be without doing it all with open hands โ€” asking for help from the Holy Spirit, leaning on the Word of God, and praying for favor from my Heavenly Father. I make too many mistakes. Iโ€™m too impatient. I have too much ego to do this without You. With all the God-sized dreams I have for our team, our business, and my family, my prayer for the next 12 months is simple: Lord, let me build nothing in vain. Be a part of it all. And may every victory we experience make the world a little more curious about You and the depth of Your love for us. What an incredible 12 months of growth. Hereโ€™s to another year around the sun โ€” giving it everything weโ€™ve got, holding it all with open hands, and trusting God with the outcome. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Contentment isnโ€™t the absence of ambition โ€” itโ€™s having peace regardless of the outcome. by @pjcrez3
Building a business and raising a family at the same time will stretch you thin if you let it. Here are 5 ways I create capacity as a young dad: Be the first one up in the house, no matter what. The quiet hour before everyone wakes up is where I get ahead. Pick your top 3 business priorities before you leave the house. If everything matters, nothing gets done. Leave the phone in the truck when you get home for dinner. The deals will still be there after bedtime. Show up ready to serve with nothing in return. At home and at work, thatโ€™s what builds trust. Remember youโ€™re raising little leaders. Their education comes from the moves you make, not the speeches you give. The business is important. The people at my dinner table are the reason I build it. Which one do you need to work on most? Drop the number below ๐Ÿ‘‡ #TeamCrescenzo #DadLife #Entrepreneur #BuildingABusiness #Leadership by @pjcrez3
