As a thank you, participants can enter a prize draw featuring over €1,800 worth of S*xu8l Wellness product packages. Your perspective matters. Be part of the change. *Ad We pay attention to a balanced diet, regular exercise and proper body care. Yet we often only think about our intim8te health when discomfort arises. Why is that? Intim8te care is particularly important during (peri-)menopause, as declining oestrogen levels can cause the skin and mucous membranes in the intim8te area to become drier and more sensitive. My advice: Water-based lubric8nts that are classified as medical devices and intended to relieve v8ginal dryness can also be used outside of s*xual activity and incorporated into your daily intim8te care routine. If symptoms persist or keep returning, speak to your doctor. Please note: This post is for general information only and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. by @pjurlove

Early detection can save lives. And sometimes, it all starts with the power of touch. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, making it the perfect time to shine a light on @discoveringhands_deutschland. This inspiring initiative trains blind and visually impaired women to become Medical Tactile Examiners, using their highly developed sense of touch to help identify subtle changes in breast tissue. A powerful example of how inclusion and innovation can make a meaningful difference in breast cancer early detection. #pjur #intimatewellness #pjurlove by @pjurlove
Intim8cy begins long before the moments we share with others. It starts with the relationship we have with ourselves. Taking time to understand our needs, embrace our d*sir*s and prioritise our own wellbeing can transform the way we experience closeness, connection and ple8sure. Because self-love isn't selfish. It's the foundation of meaningful intim8cy. #pjur #intimatewellness #pjurlove by @pjurlove
Some effects of cancer treatment remain unspoken. But that doesn’t make them any less real. For Nadja @gewinnerbraut , v8ginal dryness caused by breast cancer treatment affected not only her experience of intim8cy, but also her everyday life. Her story highlights why awareness, open conversations and access to information matter. As part of our SELF-LOVE SEASON campaign, we’re donating 10% of sales on pjur.com from October through December 2026 to the DKMS patient program Look Good Feel Better @lookgoodfeelbetter_de. Because awareness is the first step towards breaking the silence.   #pjur #intimatewellness #pjurlove by @pjurlove

Or8l s*x and oral health. What’s the connection? Can s*xually transmitted infections (STIs) affect your mouth and throat? Can they go unnoticed? And what does your or8l health have to do with safer s*x? We teamed up with @zahndoc.max to take a closer look at the connection between or8l s*x, or8l health and s*xual wellbeing. Because understanding the risks doesn’t mean being afraid of ple8sure. It means making informed choices. Curious to learn more? Head to our blog!
