Greatness isn’t given. It’s earned. La grandeza no se regala, se gana. Every opportunity is a chance to prove yourself. Every day is a chance to get better. Earn your spot. Respect the game. Crush the Now. Gánate tu lugar. Respeta el juego. Vive el ahora. #PLAKATA #CrushTheNow #BaseballMindset by @plakata
DON’T TRY TO LIFT IT, BLAST A LINE DRIVE! Listen to Daniel Vogelbach telling Christian Yelich to get ABOVE the baseball. Then watch the breakdown of Yelich’s swing. There’s a powerful lesson here for every young hitter. The intention is NOT to hit the ball in the air. The intention is to be ON TIME, stay IN LINE with the pitch, and hit LOW LINE DRIVES. And here’s the beauty of it: when you’re on time and make contact slightly underneath the center of the baseball, the ball can take off naturally. Doubles in the gaps. Home runs into the seats. LET THE BALL GET IN THE AIR ON ITS OWN! This is the relentless hitting approach Milwaukee demonstrated. Be ready for the fastball. Stay above the baseball. Control the strike zone. Eliminate the chase below the zone. Make pitchers work. Put the ball in play. Even your outs can be productive when you’re consistently putting good swings on good pitches. The goal isn’t launch angle. The goal is your BEST-EXECUTED SWING, on time , level with the trajectory of the pitch over and over again. INTENTION: HARD LOW LINE DRIVES. RESULT: LET THE BASEBALL DECIDE. #PLAKATA #Hitting #LineDrives #ChristianYelich by @plakata
HISTORY MADE. LEGACY SECURED. Congratulations to the Milwaukee Brewers! A championship earned through grit, teamwork, and an unbreakable belief. Greatness isn’t given. It’s earned. 👏 HISTORIA HECHA. LEGADO ASEGURADO. #Plakata #CrushTheNow #MilwaukeeBrewers #WorldSeriesChampions by @plakata
Down 0–2. Not done. The Rays are two games behind the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2026 World Series. That’s the reality. But it doesn’t have to be the ending. Richie Palacios knows what it means to face doubt. When recruiters questioned his size, he answered with work—including twice-a-day training at Towson. Later, winter ball in Puerto Rico helped him reconnect with the joy that fuels his game. That’s the Palacios fire the Rays need now. Not just the roar after a big play—but the discipline to create the next opportunity. You don’t erase a two-game deficit with a speech. You get back into the fight with a quality at-bat. A clean inning. A teammate who refuses to let frustration take over. Una pequeña victoria a la vez. Así se construye la oportunidad de regresar. That’s the PLÁKATA Mindset. Winning isn’t only lifting the trophy. It’s answering adversity with action before you know how the story ends. “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” La serie sigue. La misión también. ¡PLÁKATA! #RichiePalacios #WorldSeries #PLAKATA #PlakataMindset by @plakata
2008. The year everything changed. For the first time in franchise history, the Tampa Bay Rays had a winning season. And we didn’t stop there. We went all the way to the World Series. 18 years later, a new generation is writing its own history. Different faces. Different journeys. But the same hunger to achieve greatness. What you build today can outlive you. 2008 laid the foundation. 2026 carries the legacy forward. Nothing is wasted. Lo que se siembra, permanece. Congratulations, Tampa Bay Rays! ¡PLÁKATA! 🔥 #RaysUp #TampaBayRays #WorldSeries #PLAKATA Legacy by @plakata
David didn’t defeat Goliath by becoming bigger than Goliath. He won by mastering what he had. Sometimes the greatest advantage isn’t power. It’s discipline. Championships aren’t built in one spectacular moment. They’re built through thousands of ordinary moments executed extraordinarily well. Tiende tu cama. Organiza tu espacio. Cumple tu palabra. Stack the small wins. #Plakata #CrushTheNow #SmallWins #Discipline #Baseball by @plakata
