Florida Training Series 👊
Florida lacrosse players aren’t getting enough training — so this fall, we’re bringing the 3d Lacrosse Methodology back to Florida!

📅 Oct 19 – Coconut Creek, Bradenton & Tampa
⏰ One 2-hour session at each stop
💵 $75 per player

What makes it different? The 3d Methodology is a unique teaching style that blends box and field concepts. Training in tight spaces with box-style principles means:
• More touches & reps
• Smarter, faster decisions
• Creative ways to score and defend

Players will learn:
✅ Catching & finishing in tight space
✅ Deceptive shooting
✅ Off-ball movement, picks & screens
✅ Maintaining spacing & IQ
✅ Defensive footwork, close play & communication

No matter your position, this style forces players to think quicker, play tougher, and elevate every part of their game.
