Yesterday I hit a winning point in tennis… followed by a rather dramatic CLICK in my calf. 🎾🦵 And the dark little cosmic joke? 🙈 The woman I was playing with had only just recovered from exactly the same kind of injury. After the initial Ass Mode moment, I started looking for the Godass angle, not denying what happened, just asking: what else is true, and how can I PLAY with what is? I could get help. Rest. Slow down. Let my body lead for a change. AI helped me visualise what may have happened, my doctor confirmed the area, and only days after @samantabullock’s inclusive fashion event 🙏🏻💛, I found myself with even more admiration for people navigating mobility challenges every day. So for NOW: ice + rest + medicine + meditation/Reiki + humour… …and yes, glamourising the limp a little too. 🙈🤭 A good conversation starter. Still PLAYing. Just at a different speed. ✨ A little real-life PLAY GODASS moment. 📖 #playgodass #HealingWithHumour #Synchronicity #GodassMode #GoSlowToGoFast by @playgodass

🎾☀️ PLAY Tipsy With Me Godass Mode Activated & The Tennis Ball 🎾☀️ Eclipse 🤭😂 No cap. No sunglasses. The sun was blazing straight into my eyes… yet the “worst” side of the court became my strongest. Why? Because I picked up on a different story. Instead of fighting the sun, I told myself: “The sun is my good mate.” Sometimes the obstacle doesn’t need to change. Our relationship with it does. Life is such an inner game. 🤭 #PlayGodass #PlayTipsyWithMe #GodassTips #InnerGame #tenniswins by @playgodass
⏳ PLAY Godass Stretch-Time Tip About to meet someone you genuinely enjoy… but only have a short time together? Wish you could somehow stretch it? Before you meet, set an intention: ✨“May this time be deeply fulfilling. May we say what matters, enjoy every moment, achieve what we’re here for… and may it feel wonderfully spacious.” It’s amazing what presence can do. When we’re fully immersed in the moment, time often seems to expand. What if the secret isn’t having more time… but experiencing more of it? 🤭 A playful experiment from Play Godass 📖 More playful perspectives at godass.org 💛 #playgodass #playgodassbook #godassmode #playtipsy #stretchtime by @playgodass
✨ What happens when we choose from a different state of being? At our Play Godass experiment at Artwork East in London, participants were invited to do something simple. First, they placed their name next to the artwork that immediately caught their attention. Then came the Play Godass Activation. We invited everyone to step out of autopilot and into a more curious, playful, and receptive state, engaging not only the mind, but also the senses, imagination, heart, and intuition before making the choice again. In other words, we helped them change their state of being. In Play Godass language, we call this Godass Mode. Something fascinating happened. Many people were drawn to different artworks the second time around. Many participants discovered that the artwork they chose seemed to be reflecting something they were already living, feeling, or exploring. Some even mirrored colours, themes, and stories already present in their lives. Which left us wondering… ✨ What if intuition speaks a different language than logic? ✨ What if art helps us hear it? And perhaps the most intriguing question of all… ✨ What if the artwork that moves you knows something about you before you do? Because GrEAT art doesn’t just transform a space. It can transform a state. (Warning: May trigger art appetite. 🙈😂) 🎨 Bring Play Godass to your venue 📖 Explore the book 💛 Join the £1 for Nothing Experiment godass.org #PlayGodass #GodassMode #TheWhizzARTs #ArtExperiment #playartist by @playgodass
☀️🌦️ The Bournemouth Weather Experiment 🌦️☀️ explained by @yogartwithshahana One of my favourite moments from @maggiemooyoga birthday surprise GodAss getaway. The sky was grey. The wind was picking up. The beach had that distinctly British vibe of four seasons trying to happen at the same time. 😅 The sort of weather that normally inspires a very British conversation about the weather. 🤭 But instead, The WhizzARTs decided to play. We pulled up Spotify and started singing every sunshine song we could think of. Beatles. Pop classics. Anything remotely sun-related. 🌞🎶 Soon something beautiful happened. People nearby started smiling. Some joined in. The atmosphere shifted. A ripple effect of joy spread across the beach. And then…We completely forgot about the weather. Which is exactly when the sun appeared. Not just a little bit either. A glorious opening in the clouds formed directly above us, like a giant spotlight from the sky. ✨ Coincidence? Magic? A weather portal? A synchronistic wink from the universe? I’ll let you decide. 😜 One thing is certain… It’s hard to complain about the weather while singing about sunshine with your favourite WhizzARTs on a beach. Perhaps that’s the real magic. So here is a little reminder… For one afternoon, we gave our attention to the sun ☀️🤭✨ If you enjoy playful experiments, synchronicities, and games with the UNIverse, you’ll find plenty more in Play Godass. 📖 Link in bio. #PlayGodass #TheWhizzARTs #Synchronicity #RippleEffect #godassmode by @playgodass
I wasn’t even planning to cosplay at Comic-Con… 🙈🕷️😂✨ Then one hour before leaving, I asked my Higher Self: “If I were that forgotten Spider-Man costume… where would I be?” 👀 Boom. Found instantly. Hidden in exactly the place that popped into my mind. Next thing I know, I’m secretly stuffing it into my bag, disappearing into a toilet cubicle, and re-emerging as some bizarre Play Godass collision of Spider-Woman, Red Riding Hood, and chaotic childlike joy 🤣🕸️🧺 Meanwhile: 🕷️ friends randomly brought matching Spider-Man masks 💛 synchronicities kept exploding everywhere 🎭 strangers became instant playmates 🌕 Moomin magic from my childhood (yes the famous Vomit 🤮 story 🤭 reference) reappeared in the most emotionally perfect way 🎨 and Comic-Con reminded me how deeply beautiful HUMAN creativity really is Ironically, in a world exploding with AI… this whole experience made me appreciate human imagination, craftsmanship, silliness, storytelling, and spontaneous connection even more. Maybe cosplay is just permission to temporarily escape “adult mode” and remember who we were before the world told us to be serious all the time 🥹✨ Thank you @tuomo.karjalainen & Richard for kiddos fun 🤩🫶🏼🙌🏼💛 #PlayGodass #ComicCon2026 #Cosplay by @playgodass

A little glimpse into the magic room… 🌀✨ PLAY GODASS & The WhizzARTs at Artwork East @art.works.east A space where paintings, people, synchronicities, stories, textures, colours, curiosity and play all started swirling together into something strangely alive. Not really an exhibition. Not really a workshop. More like… stepping inside a living piece of art and remembering how to feel childlike wonder again. This reel is just a tiny spin through the playground 🎠 Inside the room: 🖼️ synchronicity-inspired artworks 📚 glimpses from my book Play Godass 💛 little reminders on shifting modes 🌀 The £1 for Nothing collective art experiment ✨ handmade magic by be-you-to-the-full soul Tsara @tsara_art from Madagascar 🎨 The WhizzARTs co-creating in real time 👁️ moments that felt a little too perfectly timed to be random…little winks from the YellAWE 💛 Some people call it intuition. Some call it alignment. Some call it coincidence. We call it play godass… And perhaps magical lives are not “found”… but created through the tiny moments that make us feel most alive.
