Welcome to the 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 family, Coach Tuitele 🏴‍☠️

Basketball, my first love— thank you for the amazing life you’ve given me. Not only did basketball save the little girl version of me, but helped shaped me into the woman I am today. You’ve taken me to beautiful places, introduced me to remarkable people, and filled my heart with unforgettable memories.

Although I’m walking away from my professional career, you best believe sometime in the future you’ll see me on a local team or rec ball lol. Words will never be enough to express the depth of my gratitude for this game 🫂❤️ by @pnut.tuitele

Came out of retirement for da GOLD. Tahiti was a true blessing. Everything I do is for my family.

To my parents thank you for everything you have done for me and my siblings. Thank you for setting this path for me to crave out for future generations.

Representing my culture, people and family at this stage will be in the books forever.

🌎🏀 REPRESENTATION MATTERS.

For her, getting the opportunity to compete on the GLOBAL STAGE in Tahiti isn’t just another basketball opportunity.

It’s bigger than that.

“It’s an amazing opportunity to play for my people.”

She understands what it means to step onto that court representing a community that hasn’t always seen many athletes who look like them playing at the highest levels.

And she made sure to show love to players like Alissa Pili and Te-Hina Paopao, who continue helping create pathways for the next generation. ❤️

Because for every young athlete who’s ever been told:

“You can’t play this.”

Her message is simple:

GUESS WHAT?

YOU CAN. 💯🔥

Now she gets the opportunity to carry that representation onto the GLOBAL stage in Tahiti. 🌎

And she also gave major love to Coach Hayes for supporting her opportunity—even during an important time for Charleston Southern basketball.

That’s FAMILY. ❤️🏀

❤️🏀 “SHE COMPLETELY CHANGED THE TRAJECTORY OF MY LIFE.”

Some coaches impact your GAME.

Others impact your LIFE.

For Coach Peanut, Colorado head coach JR Payne and her staff did the latter.

During one of the lowest moments of Peanut’s life, Coach Payne and her staff didn’t just see a basketball player.

They saw the PERSON.

“They believed in me. They loved me.”

And when Peanut needed it most, they surrounded her with unconditional love and poured into her in a way she says changed her entire life. ❤️

“I don’t know where I would be without her and that entire coaching staff.”

Today, Peanut says those experiences helped mold her into the WOMAN and COACH she is now.

THAT is coaching. 💯

Sometimes the greatest impact a coach makes will NEVER show up in the record book.

First year of pursuing my passion has been a blessing. Wouldn’t want my life any other way 🤎 by @pnut.tuitele

Honestly, a year ago I wouldn't have guessed I'd be cutting down nets not once for conference championship but twice for conference tournament championship.

My girl’s dedication and grit have made every moment count. We laughed, danced and celebrated a great accomplishment together. As an assistant coach, this first year has been an absolute dream. Thank you guys for making it unforgettable!! We’re not done yet! ⚓️💜 by @pnut.tuitele

This group has my heart! Their ability to persevere through tough times has been truly inspiring and it's paid off in a big way. I'm honored to be part of this team and be your guy’s coach. Shoutout to an unforgettable experience cutting down nets! We ain’t done yet! ⚓️💜 by @pnut.tuitele
