Filmed this ages ago and never posted 🙃

Life has me on a chokehold lately, blessed to be booked and busy but struggling to find time to rest and recover 🙃 hopefully one day I’ll figure out that work/life balance everyone keeps talking about 🫶🏻

Oh hammock, how I have missed you 🥹✨

This song has made me cry 3 days in a row 🫠 if I see Noah Kahan, it’s on sight 👊🏻

Have always been so hard on myself for not being able to do the ‘harder’ strength moves, which made me really lose my motivation for pole (I’m sure we have all been there) but I’m happy to say that I’m slowly finding my motivation and having fun with pole again 🥹

So have a little reel of the tricks that I always find myself gravitating towards….they may not be the hardest tricks my body can do but fuck they are fun🤪

My Go To tricks
☑️ Vomitron
☑️ Ice Skater
☑️ Violator
☑️ Jade Split

Cute little combo I played with the past couple weeks 🫶🏻

Got my hair done so simply have to post the last videos I have with blonde at the ends 🤣🤣

Nothing beats a lil split on the hammock ✨

It’s gonna take a looooong time to post my way through all the photos I have from shoots and comps 🫣

Been umming and uhhing about posting this reel because it isn’t ✨perfect✨ and I loathe posting videos of myself because I am the mayor of impostor syndrome town and sheriff of comparison city 🫡

but comparison is the thief of joy and I need to start showing myself that I am good at this sport and every reel doesn’t have to be perfect 🙃

Maybe one day I’ll post regularly 🤷🏼‍♀️ soz for the long caption x
