Lexus 🖤 2012-2026 It’s hard to put into words how much I’ll miss you. For 14 years, you were the one constant in my life. Through all the breakups, the moves, the late nights studying, the even later nights coming home from the bar, the kids—every single milestone, big or small, you were there by my side. My heart aches knowing you’re not here with me anymore. But I know you’re in a better place, and I’d go through this pain again if it meant experiencing the same unconditional love and companionship you gave to me so freely. Rest in peace and run free, sweet girl. by @pollypocket_01
Had to take a little break from socials and missed international women’s day—but I would be remiss if i didn’t honor it. Being able to grow, birth, and feed my babies is by far my favorite part of being a woman. And in fact, it’s the coolest thing ever. Women are badass. Here’s to all the mamas out there raising the next generation of smart, strong, kind, and fiercely capable children. I hope you never doubt yourself and what you’re capable of. 📸 @rosieleephotography #internationalwomensday #pregnancy #motherhood #maternityshoot raisingtinyhumans by @pollypocket_01
Back story 🥹👇🏻 With my first, I knew instinctively that it was a boy. With this one, I had no idea, but I had a feeling they were the same gender. I was torn on finding out (my fiancé really wanted to know, but I got the make the decision for obvious reasons). When a preterm labor scare came up at my 20 week scan where we would typically find out the gender, I decided to hold off. I realized I don’t control anything and decided to let go and leave everything with God — the safety of me and my babies, the planning and preparation for twins, and everything in between. I still have the envelopes with genders unopened. When I delivered 2 baby girls, I cried knowing 2 powerhouse women just joined us earth side and I get to be their mom. My fiancé told me God wanted more women like me, so he gave us 2 girls 😭 If you’ve been on the fence about finding out the gender, let this be your sign to wait. The nursery color and clothing can come later — and this is the greatest surprise you will ever experience. #genderreveal #twins #girlmom #laboranddelivery #newborn by @pollypocket_01
I’ve been on some eventful hikes, but this one is by far my favourite 💕💍 Said yes to forever today and William was just chillin’ wondering when the moment would be over 😂 @full.beef by @pollypocket_01
From party of 3 to party of 5 🤭 @full.beef and I are about to be outnumbered with 3 under 2. Excited, grateful, and maybe a little bit terrified 🙈 by @pollypocket_01
Our first Stampede as a family of 3! 🤠 We didn’t make it to the actual rodeo this time around but we had fun and I can’t wait for next year. I’m 100% getting on all those rides. by @pollypocket_01
Update… it’s actually been 6 years 🤪 In any case, the best is yet to come! 💕 #marriedlife #anniversary by @pollypocket_01
There’s something so special about watching your best friend become the most incredible dad. @full.beef amazes me every single day — in every role he plays — and fatherhood is no exception. I’m endlessly grateful that our son has a role model worth looking up to, and a man worth becoming. Happy Father’s Day to the dads who lead by example — teaching their sons what it means to be a good man, and their daughters how they deserve to be treated. #fathersday #bestdad #momlife #boydad by @pollypocket_01
🔴6️⃣5️⃣🔴 SNATCH 65kg/143lbs Woke up and chose violence today 😂 Missed it probably 10 times, and normally I’d never make this many attempts, but IT WAS THERE. If you asked me a year ago, I wasn’t going to see this number in my lifetime—especially not at 8 months postpartum. This sport isn’t just about the numbers—it’s about the relentless pursuit of progress and it’s about mindset. It’s the grit to keep going when it feels like the goal is always out of reach. The goalposts keep moving, and that’s exactly why I love it #weightlifting #olympicweightlifting #snatch #pr #postpartum #fitmom #grit #momswholift by @pollypocket_01
1 year ago today, we found out our lives were about to change forever - for the better. I remember it like it was yesterday. Fast forward to now, and I’m stuck somewhere between wanting to speed time up so I can watch William grow into the amazing person I know he’ll be, and wanting to slow time down because these moments are fleeting. (Heck, sometimes I’m still in shock that I just grew a whole ass human 🤯) This has been the best year of my life. I’m thankful beyond belief for the infinite blessings that have come my way - for my little family, for all the moments we’ve had together and all those yet to come 💞 @full.beef by @pollypocket_01

I didn’t share much (or any) of my pregnancy because while it was a really special time, it was also a vulnerable and challenging time. It was never lost on me that I was creating life and that what my body was doing is incredible, but that didn’t stop me from frequently defaulting to negative self talk both in and outside the gym. Looking back at these training videos I have so many thoughts. Most of all, I wish I could go back and tell myself: 👏🏻 You’re doing amazing 👏🏻 You’re moving like a champ despite being pregnant with one functional knee 🤣 👏🏻 You’re not fat, you’re pregnant. You look great 👏🏻 This is temporary. Enjoy it, be proud of yourself, and be grateful that you’re strong, healthy, and able to move the way you do Side note training reflections: 1️⃣ THANK YOU to our amazing crew who hyped me up through my entire pregnancy @carly.mcinnis @jayaa.belairr @ginosuarez @nadiayangui @jsfge @lifeofagony & Dylan + the real MVP @full.beef who did tell me all those things daily 2️⃣ I have so much appreciation for super-heavies 😅 moving a bar around a belly with any amount of speed or precision is NOT easy 3️⃣ William ought to be a natural when he picks up a barbell. He’s been putting in the work since before he was born 🤪 #pregnancy #fitpregnancy #olympicweightlifting #snatch #hspu by @pollypocket_01
