IPF 47kg sub-junior World Champion! Couldn’t be more grateful to leave with a world title. I know I had bigger numbers in me, but with my first international meet I’m proud of what I was able to put together. Wanna thank all my coaches and sponsors, without them I wouldn’t have been able to make it here. All love for team USA!!! More to come! Japan 2027?🇯🇵🇺🇸

1 more block left to clean it up, 5 weeks out from worlds! by @pony_pulls

SBD‼️⬇️
8 weeks away from representing the US in south Africa. Block 1 with SBD has been all about getting stronger and working on form

We’ve focused on getting more vertical in my squat, cleaning up my raw form. Even though squat hasn’t been the main focus, the numbers continue to improve.

A huge emphasis this block has also been bringing my bench up to improve my total. Benching 4x a week has completely changed the game, and the progress has honestly been insane.

On the deadlift side, we’ve been dialing in my technique and working to get my hips more open and into stronger positions. Small technical changes, but going to pay off in the suit.

Now heading into Block 2, it’s time to FINALLY get back into squat and deadlift suits. Experimenting with tighter knee wraps, and seeing how all the raw work transfers over.

Trusting the process and letting SBD do its thing…

Also going to start posting more and more sponsors as I get them!! by @pony_pulls
